From beginning to end my experience was great! Customer service and employees were very polite and experienced. I have always purchased my tires at the Canal location. Have many years going there for service and tires besides other work as needed. read more

Seven years ago I had a flat on a Saturday in a garage with My F250. Called around and found no help...oh and my spare was flat. Called Williamson Tire and they came a runnin. Fast response. Since then I've bought tires for my trucks twice and trailer several times. Great service. Friendly easy going customer interaction and you can call ahead to find low wait times. Great bunch. read more

Have been going here for years, good people and fast. Helped us out in a weird loaner situation, too. Appreciate this small business!

Even though the location is a bit off the beaten path, I appreciated that it was a very fast turn around to change my tires. I ordered the tires online (form a different seller) had them sent here and put them on all in less time than it would have taken me at any other tire places in the city. If there is one thing I can't stand it is to sit in a tire shop for hours waiting for my car - it probably took them around 30 mins to do the job here. read more

Williamson Tire has been around since the 1960's. Owner, Mike Williamson, provides exceptional service and great prices. When I had a flat tire, Mike personally came to me and aired up my tire enough so I could get to his shop. Who does that? Exceptional business owners do. read more

Unfortunately I made the mistake coming here after looking at the positive reviews. Before my new tires were put on my rear wheels, I kindly asked the gentleman doing the job to please be careful with the wheels(or as some of you call them, rims). I said this because my wheels on my other vehicle we're damaged a couple years ago and I have been paranoid since. He then assured me not to worry. These wheels pictured are very expensive. After the job was done I took a quick look and they looked fine, although it was hard to tell because of how dirty they were at that moment. I then went home and cleaned the wheels, revealing these scuff marks and damage to the outer rim. The scuff marks will have to be sanded down and then repainted which is costly when done by a professional, which I will have to do. And I'm not even sure how the damage to the rim can be fixed (the area tucked under the tire). I understand there is only so many ways to install tires, but I know there is a way to do it without damaging the wheel itself. Both wheels were damaged and in very similar areas which leads me to believe it is the machine used to mount the tire. Regardless, I'm very disappointed and would not recommend them to anyone if you care about your wheels. read more

Love Joe and the team so much. I have been through 4 cars with them in 12 years. They always seek out the most affordable solution and I never have to wait long. Very professional and efficient and trustworthy in a time where trustworthy is hard to come by in the automotive industry. I will always come here!!! read more

Amazing!! Wonderfully friendly service, quick, and easy. I went to have a tire patched and they worked really hard to fix it and didn't pressure me to buy anything. All the customers I saw seemed to be regulars and the man at the front desk called everyone by name and was very welcoming. They even have books to read while you wait! read more

Great service, Joe was very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to choosing the right tires for your vehicle, i think this will be my go to spot for tires and tire service. Thank's again Joe. read more

Williamson Tire does a very professional job. My car requires unusually high pressures in the tires, and while most places get it wrong, Williamson didn't even have to be told. They also looked up the torque values for my lug bolts and torqued them properly instead of just hammering on them with an air impact wrench. The price is right, too--$15 per tire for mount and lifetime balance (I order tires from Tire Rack to be delivered to Williamson). Joe tries to sell nitrogen to fill the tires. Politely decline, and he'll stop...until your next visit. If they are busy, go across the street to La Silla for lunch while you wait. read more

Professional grade, right here! Knowledgeable. Local. Small business, but big on performance! This place is located in shadows of EaDo and I found out about this place from an online tire purchase. I rotate my tires here regularly and just had a nail taken out of my left rear tire. Discount Tire is nice, but this place is great! Support this place, if you're nearby or in need of tire service!! read more

It is rare that I find an auto shop/tire shop that I absolutely love. I have to give praise to this place for giving me exceptional service on my boyfriends' Audi S5. We took the vehicle to Audi that morning to be serviced, and they found that the tire needed to be replaced due to a nail. That would cost $380 for tire and labor. I thought to get another opinion as the tire pressure light wasn't even on. I arrived at Williamson and they took the tire off, plugged the tire, put the tire back on (apologized for the 20 minute wait period I suffered- hahaha!) and they charged me $15. That was almost a $400 mistake of not brining the car to Williamson. I am a 24 year old woman with very little knowledge of cars showing up in a $70k car and they don't upcharge me or scam or give me bad vibes. What a remarkable tire shop that I will definitely be making our new "go to" spot as we are new to Houston from San Francisco. There is something great about a business that cares for their customers vs. making lots of $. Highly recommend! read more

Fantastic privately owned, local family shop! The staff and the owner were perfectly knowledgeable about every question I had about my car. I will definitely return with all of my vehicle needs and questions. read more

Wow! Friendly environment. Easy going staff. Unbeatable price for my wheel and tires. The wheel I needed was a really hard to find. I had already been to 4 other places that didn't have it, but they found the right one for me, and they gave it to me for only $75. What a steal! About half the price online. read more

Really bad service they were closed by 12:45pm on Saturday. Not even 1pm yet The manager was probably on drugs. I won't trust a person like that putting my tires back on the car. With very rude manner refuses my business. Don't ever come here. read more

I caught a nail and needed a place near my work that also uses nitrogen. I was lucky to find Williamson Tire Company. They were friendly and took charge of the repair work while I waited. They also took the opportunity to top up the other three tires and invited me back to top of the tires with nitrogen for free, for as long as I own the tires. All this for under 20 bucks. I have no complaints. read more
