The splash guard underneath the engine of my car had come partially undone and was dragging on the ground. So I called this place, which was nearby; the person I spoke with was brusque and refused to give me a cost estimate for screwing it back in place "as he needed to see it". So I go over there and he has one of his guys check it out. He spent about 5 minutes and then the manager, probably the guy I spoke with on the phone, came over and said that it was $75. Apparently, when he was checking it out, he fixed it without giving me an estimate. I balked, so the manager instructed him to remove the screw he had put in and sent me on my way. I called another nearby shop, Eric's Car Care, and they said they could fix it, no problem; how much I asked, no charge I was told. So I went over there and they couldn't have been more helpful, they also looked at an issue on one of my tires and swapped out the spare, again, no charge. Places should realize, as Eric's did, that if you help someone out with a small problem and don't charge, or at least charge a reasonable amount, that person will come back when they have a bigger problem. Trying to take advantage as Med Collision Center did, ensures that someone will never come back. read more

The guy driving was completely insane. He should transfer to "Mad Center Collision." I have to give massive kudos to this organization which I did not expect to do. They came and towed an obsolete Mustang away and gave me money for it. I did not expect to get any money. I was very happy about it. I had an amazing experience here. I needed my front bumper fixed and other places had quoted out of my range. Med Collision was just right for my budget. They gave me a time frame of 3 days and it was ready when they said it would be. They were very nice, and even dropped me off back at work. Cherry on top was when I picked up my car they washed it from the inside out. Great Service!!! I was super pleased! January 2021 I took this car to this shop for collision repair, the shop also saw that the inside trunk was damaged and the gas and def tank had to be replaced. I did not get my vehicle back until late March 2021, April 2021 the glow plug and check engine light started coming in, sent the car back to Med Collision Center, ended up paying 1200 and some change for that, got it back April 6, engine light kept coming on, sent it to Archer Volkswagen, they fixed the exhaust, I was still having issues, the def tank was not reading the ad blue, no matter how much ad blue I was adding, finally, it shut off on me. I took it to Christian Brothers in Friendswood, Tx August 2021 ; which is where they ran the diagnostic and found the def blue tank had definitely NOT been replaced and there was broken pieces in it as well, the sensor was not reading the ad blue and caused it to shut down. Geico, my insurance company sent it back to Med Collision Center and he said it was not the original part and he had replaced that part. He claimed the car shutting down had nothing to do with the def blue tank nor his work. He kept my car this time from August 2021 until January 2022. In late November, I tried calling to check the status of my car, no response from him, I had to get Geico, the claims adjuster to call him, he told him, he was working on something totally unrelated to the claim in my vehicle, nothing I had given him permission to do, finally December 2021 I called from a different number, he answered, had me on hold for longer than an hour only to come back and tell me that my car had been hit by another vehicle. I asked when, he said a few weeks ago, when calling to check on the claim with Allstate, found out my vehicle had been hit on November 11,2021 and he had spoken with my claims adjuster at Geico since then, which is what was unrelated to the initial claim but he still failed to inform my claims adjuster and contact me about this accident that was not even on his property. Then, when I elected to have Frank's collision fix it, because at this point, I am paying on a vehicle and insurance that I have not had 2 months out of the year, he tell them there is a balance owed on the vehicle! When I call him, he says "the balance owed can be paid off if you let me keep and repair the auto damage!" Now mind you this accident was 11/11/2021, now because I am not allowing you to fix it you are making up charges. Again, I go to contact him, he is screening my calls apparently because when I call from a different number he responds or when I had to get AllState to call him he responded. Nonetheless, I go to pick up my vehicle FINALLY on January 14, 2022 and MORE LIGHTS OR ON ON MY DASH THAN EVER, the message center says the airbag is defective, I asked him about these unrelated charges he give me 2 bogus receipts from Momentum that says diagnostic and labor when I asked what was the labor he said "I do not know you have to contact momentum and ask them." He back my car out, knowing all of these lights are on, run back into his shop, I go and inquire about these lights, he says "I know they are not suppose to be on." This guy has damaged my vehicle to the point of no return and reading his reviews, I see he has a reputation for this sort of thing. First two picture are from January 14, 2022; 3rd and 4th are from June when I noticed the issue and text message is Christian Brothers confirming the def tank was the original part. Then he put about 500 miles on my vehicle, a vehicle that was sent back to him due to def blue tank not reading the sensor and it caused the system to shut down, so if the vehicle is not running from August 2021 until January 2022 how did he manage to rack up miles on it? The air, that was fixed and repaired by Archer Volkswagen is no longer working either, so much for a mechanic that claim he did not test drive a vehicle to ensure it was properly fixed, sounds like it was only driven for enjoyment, once he had completely damaged it, then it was ready for pick up? read more

Nick was awesome! I had 2 flat tires, and State Farm sent him out to tow my car. It was late at night, so I didn't have a shop to tow it to. He informed me that he had a shop and actually can fix the tires for me. He got the tires fixed, and brought my car to me the next day at work. This was very convenient for me, as I couldn't just leave work because it was a new job. I will refer anyone that has car troubles to him. read more
