I have been here 2 times already , the first time I came they did not tighten my lug nuts all the way , they second time I came they tried forcing me to buy lug nots because I was missing 4 from one tire because they didn't tighten all the way the first time , I just got home from vacation , i have not drove my car in 1 week and now there's a softball size ball on my front tire , so I don't know what's going on here but horrible place... don't recommend ... that does not look like no curb rash , and they would've denied service if I had that before the service... read more

The Best Service was received from Joey, one of the managers at this store off I-10. Not just to me, but to everyone who walked in that store. I'm telling everyone I know. read more

Great experience at Discount Tire thanks to Joey. He was friendly, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. He made the whole process quick and stress-free. Highly recommend asking for him! read more

I went in 2 weeks ago for 2 new tires, balancing, and alignment. Costed me a total of 350$. After they were done they said everything was good, drove for about a week I noticed my tires getting eaten fast on the 2 new ones I bought. Took it back they said it's something mechanically, took it to my mechanic and apparently he said yes now there's something wrong with the front tires. And the alignment was done horribly. Took it the next day again. They proceeded to say they can't do the alignment anymore because something was wrong with under the car. Tried talking to a higher up he proceeded to laugh at my phone and basically say "get out we can't do nothing about it." It's been a total of 2 weeks now and my threading is now showing on my front tires brand new. Never go here even the managers won't help you. read more

I really appreciate an auto service provider who is honest and well-priced. That's what I feel Discount Tire is and particularly this location. Regrettably (?), I've been here twice to get tires replaced on my daughter's car. Each time, service has been quick and helpful. They open at 8am and if you are there on time, you will get out same day and in many cases much earlier (1-3) hours depending on what you need performed. Don't hesitate giving this store your business. read more

DO NOT come here. Came to buy ONE tire took them 3 days to try and put new tire on my truck, and they scratched my wheel and still couldn't get the tire on, supposedly the tire was too tight and "too new" and they didn't know what to do so they gave me my money back and wasted 3 days on nothing and when I complained to the manager about my wheel he said he would get me a new one. The next day he called me saying that the wheel was discontinued and that the only thing I could do is look for someone to fix it, pay them and take the receipt to him and he would pay me back. What kind of shit is that? Why do I have to pay for something they did ? And on top of that for nothing they didn't even sell me the tire! Do not buy tires here they're rude and incompetent the name of the guy that was in charge of ordering my tire and fixing it was Vladimir! read more

When I have an issues with my tires this discount tire is the one I go to. Sergio Nunez is so helpful and always cheerful. The wait time isn't too bad especially when I schedule an appt. I will always come here! read more

I've been coming to this location for seven years. I bought a new set of tires last year and they took care of me. Yesterday, I had a leak in one of the new ones. Alexander M provided GREAT customer service. They fixed the tire in the time that they said they would and got me back on the road. Thanks a bunch! read more

ZERO STARS! This location has terrible service. Brought my tire to be fixed, but they blended too much on the inside and had to stop a second time later in the day. I got no replacement due to none being available. I was left with no option other than to drive with a spare. Thankfully there wasn't an additional charge, but this service is highly unacceptable. On top of that, my father went through the same issue last time he came here. Terrible service for no value that matters if the bare minimum can't be done. I recommend looking for another discount tire or go somewhere else. read more

We went to this Discount Tire because my son's dash sensor was showing that his 2 front tires were low. They jumped right on it when we got there and checked out the tire and the tire sensors since to their gauges they weren't showing low pressure. All tires checked out good and he put 3 extra psi of air in them just as insurance. Very professional and courteous. I wish I had caught the technicians name so I could give him a shout out. read more

I wouldn't recommend this discount tire to start off I went in because of unusual tire wire they stated it was an mechanical issue and wouldn't be covered under any warranty. Took my vehicle to the dealer no mechanical issue was found. Purchased a new tire at full price had it changed out when I got home my tire light was on so I put air in the tire Saturday morning tire was low. I went back to the store on Tuesday morning they checked the tire and it had sidewall damage so I paid the mileage difference and road hazard which was 65 dollar definitely wouldn't recommend I dont know if they work off commission but it sure seems like it. read more

Polite and awesome guys! They put air in .my tires for free And we always buy tires with warranty from them

Two good experiences here now. The staff was attentive and straight to business. You can tell they're hard workers.

I was there yesterday and the crew didn't even say hi or asked what i needed, it was a waste of time, this place needs to take care for their customers and for their service. read more

Guys get in a hurry and put plastic caps or wheel covers on without lining them up. This causes insides to break and eventually you'll lose your caps on the highway. They claimed that it wasn't them and left me to buy yet another cap for $150 to replace what they screwed up. I bought 4 sets before I realized it was them. $1600 worth of tires twice on my dually and I can't get a $150 cap replaced. Bye bye read more

Discount Tire - Looking good! Great service! Ask or Mitch or Cory - Tires Near Me - Houston, Texas

They need to take the "discount" out of their name as they try to push you to buy expensive tires for simple problems. I had a small nail in my tire that could've been fixed by a plug, but the tech insisted I buy a $110 tire because it was "unfixable". I said "no" and took it to an local tire shop near my house. It was fixed for free and only took 5 minutes. Also, there was an instance where my tire blew out on a Sunday and they were CLOSED. Bad business. Go elsewhere for better service. read more

Not even gonna leave a star Beware of this store I came in to have the tires replaced on my 2013 Chevy 3500 !!!! Asking y ...well my company buys me a new set of tires every year no matter how many miles I got on them 33k on these tires the inexperienced help scared up the aluminum wheels in 2 spots on 2 different wheels they done this by prying the tires off with a bar ...took the truck back to them after I notice the scares ... The manager said there is no way we done that even though there is rubber markings ...... (Ryan sperry ). I have put in many calls to the main office in Houston even called corporate waiting on calls back now been 1 week read more

Customer service is always great, but I was greeted by an employee not wearing a mask on this trip. And I understand they work outside, but none of the workers in the bay area were wearing masks over their face either. All pulled down to their neck if they were on. I'm aware of other professions that work outside that are required to maintain masks on. All in all their safety is their call but I would have felt more safe if the employee who greeted me had a mask on. read more

I had an AMAZING VIP experience at Discount Tire! I got a puncture on my tire on the way to Florida from San Francisco so the closest place from my hotel was Discount Tire. So I called them and was able to make an appointment so quickly for the same morning. The assistant manager Denzel came out to greet me when I arrived there and offered a bottle of water while I was waiting for 15 minutes. He offered a free tire repair and it took about 20 - 30 minutes to go in and out of the place for me to get everything take care of. Denzel was very customer experience oriented and very pleasant to work with. Speaking of customer experience, he also offered to help with installing my new vehicle plates while getting the tire repaired which I appreciate greatly. Thank you SO much Denzel and team at Discount Tire - you not only saved my tire but turned the unfortunate flat tire event into one of the most pleasant highlights of my road trip! read more

Took my tire here to have it repaired. They would not repair it and insisted on trying to sell me a new tire even though I told them that I had a tire warranty at Costco. They not only did not repair the tire they made the hole worse so that it was leaking even faster than when I brought it in, so that I could not drive to another tire place and get it fixed. read more

only had 13k miles on car/tires, One tire had nail damage went for patch. They were polite, quick and going to fix for free (suggested rotation/balance cost $40. I knew needed, when I was told when I got oil changed elsewhere). Was in and out pretty quick, but could see line starting to back up. Have been hit/miss in past in regards to speed of service/friendliness, this time spot on! read more

Worker went through the glove compartment looking for the lock to remove the tires which I think is not professional, they need to ask for it, got home and the lock was not replace in the same place or any where in the car, I have to make another trip,Worker said That he put it back but it was nowhere to be found, they look for it and they found it on their toolbox, also they left my steering wheel very dirty. Will not recommend this place read more

Made an on-line reservation and was greeted shortly after my arrival. I was allowed to do the visible inspection with the Derek the service advisor. Derek was very helpful & recommended two new tires that were within my budget and in stock. Surprisingly I was in and out in 30 minutes. I love the service! Great job guys! read more

Very friendly and good prices. Super fast service!!!

I have been a customer for years and I have had good, great and not so great experiences at the various stores around town. Today was probably one of the best by far. Matt happened to be outside when I pulled up and he immediately had someone pulling my car into a bay before I could get inside to sit down! Very pleasant demeanor, and a Johnny-on-the-spot, get it done attitude was refreshing and welcome. The waiting area was clean and clutter free. Customer for life! read more

Great place totally recommended to anyone needing tire services. Super nice people very helpful.

This is why I only go to discount tire! Victor was professional and friendly. Thank you for your help today!!!

I've been going to discount tire since I first got my drivers license due to their amazing service and complimentary everything. In recent years I've experienced some locations skimping on these complimentary services and only interested in the upsell. Not this location!! Robert, the assistant manager, was only concerned as to my safety offering any and all services to get me back on the road asap and within my budget. Thanks again discount tire and Robert. I've been a Yelp lurker for years but felt impelled to create an account and make my first post to give this location high praise. read more
