After explaining this to the clerk, after explaining that using the po box will not be feasible, they informed me that based on paper work signed there is no refund. So after paying for a year, which is ove $200, I have no recourse. I feel that regardless, clerks need to make that clear when signing up for a po box, so that a person does not sign up for longer than they need.

The store was closed, however, with no explanation on the door or any sign of life inside. My wife called the store's phone number and left a voice mail asking for a call back as to why they were closed. My wife went to the store today to ask what happened, the owner told her he decided to "do Christmas with [my] family" on Saturday instead of opening his store. My wife asked if he got her voicemail, he said something to the effect of, "Yep, heard that when I came in on Monday." Never said anything like sorry I didn't call you back or sorry I didn't leave any notice whatsoever that I'd be closed on Saturday despite two signs to the contrary. This place clearly does not need anyone's business or money.

I don't care if it is 1 minute until the business close don't close until the appointed time. I'm sure we all have been there when you are running into the store just a few minutes before the store closes, we all have done that. But, this was not the case, I was there 9-10 minutes before the store closed. I knocked on the door and stood there for at least 4-5 minutes and no one even came out to see what is needed. Surely, someone could have at least come to the door to see what the issue was. But nope, no one did. If you are going to close early, please state on the board that we are open from 7:30 am to 6 pm but close 15 minutes early. Would probably save someone some time.

I was charged $20 for an extra box and packing to go around my box I was shipping. I had shipped a box a month ago that was exactly like the one I just shipped and there was no extra charge for a box because they didn't use one. You can tell when an employee does not like their job and does not want to be at work. The girl that waited on me seemed irritated that she kept having to take the tootsie pop out of her mouth to repeat her questions. it is just disappointing when a good business goes downhill with new management.

The staff member was on a call with the manager which clearly told her what to say after they could not figure out how to print.
