The worst service possible. The store intentionally does not carry 2nd Day UPS bubble envelopes so they can sell their own. Even though my item fits in a 2nd Day cardboard envelope they wouldn't do it. I've shipped this way for years at other locations and this was never an issue. They carry the name UPS and they don't have the necessary supplies to ship an item. I can't believe UPS allows this. The employee was smug about as if this is an every day occurrence too. I ordered ahead for paper standard prints using their regular printing machine and was due to be completed and picked up the next day. Next day arrives and I come into the store expecting my 4 pages of plain B&W pages to be completed to order, as mentioned per the UPS website. I come into the store and they said that their manager is in charge of the printing machine and is not there and prints won't be ready the next week. I've mentioned this was paid ahead of time and the date of when it was ready for pickup was today but they told me the only way I can get my papers printed is to use their self service machine which cost an extra $2 to use. I wasn't trying to pay more in addition to an order I've already paid for in advance, so the person working said they would contact their manager, it looked like they texted them and so I waited awhile. After maybe 15-30mins of waiting, no response and they told me they are still waiting to hear back from their manager for 4 simple standard black and white prints. It was extremely irritating to have to deal with this and I did my best to just remain cool but I felt like nothing could be done and I was just being ignored and they just basically kept telling me I gotta pay more. I've never had terrible service at UPS before, this would be the first. I hope whoever is in charge of making prints doesn't just have management in charge of that, and in addition, that doesn't make any sense, why are the managers the only ones in charge of making prints on a printer? read more

Today my wife needed an extra 2 passport photos and they wanted to charge her $16 extra over an above the regular 16 dollar charge, in other words 32 dollars instead of 16 just to print 2 more photos, additionally my wife was treated with disrespect perhaps because of the fact that she is Hispanic with an accent??? The individual's name is Daniel, we decided to go to CVS where the basic price was 13.99 plus 35 CENTS for each additional photo. They are disrespectful crooks, go to CVS. read more

I shipped out a mixing console from this store. The manager talked me into insurance assuring me that it would be taken care of or the insurance will pay. That was not the case in the end. The mixer did not arrive like it left it was broke in two places. The insurance claim was rejected based off of a few pictures. They did not go out and investigate. What is the purpose in insurance? They will send you a nice long letter of denial basically stating that you did not pack it to the UPS standards. No one told me what the standard is when I was packing it in the store but they didn't mind selling me the insurance. read more

I have been here a few times now. The staff has always been very helpful, quick and attentive. The last time I came, I printed my shipping label at home, walked in and the staff noticed, grabbed the box from me and I was in and out in a matter of seconds. My style of postal service. Everyone hates going to the post office because there is always a long and very slow moving line. Not at this store. read more
