I went there today 12/17/2016 @ 10:30am. Here is what happened: A) My jeans were not ready nor were they even at the store to be picked up. B) The lady there(very nice) called the owner's (Jay Hughes) daughter, she said that my jeans were there wherever she was but had not even been touched as of this moment. C) I did call Jay Hughes(owner) phone number and I spoke with his daughter and left a message with her for Mr. Hughes(owner) to call me so that we can resolve this issue in a positive manner for all concerned. D) So far, I am "NOT IMPRESSED" by Big B Dry Cleaners. E) In all fairness to Mr. Hughes, I am holding off my final rating and view of his business until I speak to him and he has had a chance to get involved and bring this issue to a closure. F) I will keep this review updated as it progress's.
