I have worked with a couple different storage facilities and this one is by far the best managed. They are great and easy to work with. The units are clean and well managed. It is nicely located near the Moody Air Force Base and even veteran owned. Allan is a good guy and i would highly recommend renting here. read more

The business is mismanaged. I moved out of my unit, and called to have them stop my payments and to notify them that I had moved out. For whatever reason, they did not make a note of the fact that I had moved out of the unit. Apparently, someone else moved into my old unit, of which the management did not take note of. Because the unit was occupied, they continued to bill me, even though I had already moved out, and I had told them that I had vacated. They had charged me for over a year's worth of rent, and refused to refund more than two month's worth of rent. Bottom line, had the management done what they were supposed to do, which was to record the fact that I had moved out, sent someone to see that all of my things and my lock were gone, and to keep proper records that showed when someone else moved in, I wouldn't be out of all of this money. Don't bother with this company. Their units aren't secure, their business is ran at an amateur level, they don't keep good records, and they won't work to rectify problems that arise because of their shortcomings. read more

On 25 July, the property manager sent me a contact with different terms than initially agreed and asked me to sign. I refused. His responding email was to threaten me by contacting my chain of command. I'm AD AF and my base is across the street. When he threatened me, I got upset. I told him it wasn't my nor my supervision's problem that he doesn't know how to do his job, properly file and acquire paperwork, and that I wasn't signing a contract that didn't state the initial terms of agreement. He placed a lock on my unit...after I notified him I was moving out and done with his business...and before the term I paid for was up. If you're military, stay away from this business, especially around military installations. They target us and attempt to use "contacting our supervision" as a way to intimidate and/or otherwise take advantage of us. Look elsewhere.
