Terrible store and service. Over charge on everything. Not worth the aggravation. I use UPS a lot for work but will bypass this one.

I called and checked the listing that they closed at 5p. They closed at 3p. POST YOUR CORRECT CLOSING TIME. I took a guitar and case in to be packaged and mailed. They didn't have the box size. Checked my phone, this is THE UPS STORE and THEY DON'T HAVE A BOX? My theory it was too close to closing and they DIDN'T WANT TO DEAL WITH ME. I opened up a po box to get packages from a cake decorating company. I learned that the company does not deliver to po boxes. Only store and residential address. After explaining this to the clerk, after explaining that using the po box will not be feasible, they informed me that based on paper work signed there is no refund. So after paying for a year, which is ove $200, I have no recourse. I feel that regardless, clerks need to make that clear when signing up for a po box, so that a person does not sign up for longer than they need. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I'm very busy at the moment and needed a notary so I made an APPOINTMENT days ago to come see a notary at UPS. I get to the store early for my appointment and I'm told they don't have one available. They couldn't have reached out and said that before so I could try to make other arrangements??? I called here trying to figure out how to contact someone for my package and mr Tanner the so called manager decided to tell me I have an attitude because I kept asking for information on the shipping center. As an employee and a so called manger you should NEVER tell an irate frustrated customer that they have an attitude. When I tell you that my very expensive package is not there you should understand why I am irate. The lack of training, the overt failure to really care about their customers has been evident for years. If you are disabled, or elderly, or just a regular person, this is not the place for you. A total disregard for your safety, laws and comfort. Had many problems with this store. And be aware, the employees have lied to me on more than one occasion about where my packages were. Or closed early and packages were delivered leaning up against the door. Although they lied and said different. However a call to UPS 800# and printout of delivery verified otherwise. Long time continuing problems with all staff at this store and the other one. I highly recommend you find another solution for shipping, copying, printing needs, even if you have to drive to another city. It will be worth it, trust me. read more

2 day shipping my ass. Took 5 days to get a package that was guaranteed 2 day delivery. Paid over 100 for said package to get there in 2 days. Can't get ahold of anyone for a refund. Called corporate and they told us to call the store who would issue the refund. They don't have a manager on staff every day, like they should. Their website says - next day air shipping is a time definite service with money back guarantee. That is a lie. They are blaming any delay on Covid-19. Mine clearly said the delay was caused by incorrect sorting on their part. I paid the extra price for the next-day service, the delay was because of incorrect sorting by UPS, and still they denied the refund which they promised for this service on their website. First they tried to blame the delay on Covid, and when I showed the proof of incorrect sorting from the tracking, the manager said the refund is suspended due to Covid. If you cannot provide the service then do not false advertise it. Correct the site or refund! Wastage of money and time dealing with these incompetent people. read more

This is the absolute worst nightmare I have ever experienced before with my shipping. I purchased a group of teapots at auction in Hahira , Ga. was advised that this store does all of their shipping. It cost me $50.00 to ship and when it arrived the teapots were broken. I called the Manager and he told me it would take "a long time" (if ever) to get anything back from UPS Corporate. These people flatly denied my claim and now I have broken stuff that serves me no purpose. What a horrible experience dealing with UPS in Valdosta, Ga. These guys are the greatest! I ordered a set of 8 antique chairs from a store nearby on Etsy . To make sure they were handled as carefully as possible, the staff at this UPS store tried to subcontract with a carrier that specialized in antiques. That carrier never showed up, and in the end the manager just packed the chairs into the company van and drove them all the way from Georgia to a suburb of Boston!!! That's an 18 hour trip to make one delivery!!! Their prices were very reasonable and everyone I dealt with could not have been nicer. Thank you, UPS! read more
