Went to Staples in Tifton today to print out some documents. They now only have one self-serve…read moreprinter. The second printer was removed, according to the manager, not being cost effective. I waited in line to get to the printer and a male was at the printer, thumbing through his phone several times before printing something. I stood there for 15 minutes. Two more people were in front of me. Girl in the print department was not busy and I requested her to print out the documents. I have done that in the past. She informed me she can no longer print in the print department any more. She said new rule. I called out to the manager, who informed me basically the same thing. I objected and he relented and told me that I would have to fill out the paperwork for an order and there would be a surcharge. He called it a rush file. I got the paperwork filled out, papers printed. 20 pages were almost $9....due to the rush charge. WoW...really good customer service. Manager has an attitude. Just the way he speaks to you makes you fell like he really don't want to be bothered. My last trip into Staples. I do have access to Office Depot. Their fee would have been half of what Staples charged. Thumbs down to Staples in Tifton.

Well they left and it started losing pressure again. I called Patrick back and he came right back. Found out it was the tank he said they could fix it tomorrow. . .Saturday. Brian called me from the office and said it would be tonight, thinking wow this is very nice. 5 guys showed up were so nice and had the job done in less than 10 minutes. I've reviewed this business once; however, I find the need to review it again since leaving as a…read morecustomer. First: the ladies in the office were always extremely helpful, especially Kelly. Kelly always helped in any way possible and was polite while doing so. Second: the buildings need some updating. I had someone tell me that a lot of their belongings got wet due to poor drainage systems and a lot of my furniture was damp and had water stains also and we were in an area that looked really dry. The doors need to be replaced or the weather stripping on doors need to be replaced to stop so much moisture from entering the units. Now for the other problem...mice...lots of mice. There are a lot of woods around this location and in the winter months the mice infiltrate looking for warmth. I had pretty much all of our clothes stored in this unit and what wasn't eaten on, was pooped and peed on. I've had to wash every item that was in this unit...the items that I was able to salvage anyway. Third: the company does guarantee no rate hikes during your rental and we were there a year and they never increased; although they were already priced way higher than other companies at the time. We were desperate to find storage units as our house had sold and that's why we had to rent there. We had units at three different storage companies and they were the most expensive by far...but when you are desperate?!?!
