Worst FEDX dispatch on earth 3 times in the past two months, we were told our shipment would arrive on Saturday. And then we get a message each time saying they could not deliver because we were not home. Never true. Truck never came by. They are lying deadbeats promising delivery and then never even coming by. This Saturday driver must be working half days and saying he couldn't make delivery because he isn't actually working. Never have this problem with the regular weekday drivers. And they charge $80 to deliver and take longer than the post office on similar packages and the post office only charges $30 and delivers in 3 days not 10 like Fedx. read more

Well, I guess I'll add my one star review. I have to wonder if those in charge actually care about all the Bad Reviews this Valdosta location gets? Anyway, took a small item in there to be packaged and shipped. My fault I didn't know Fedex won't package your items, you have to do it yourself. My local UPS center will pack and ship your items, all with a smile. Okay that's fine. She sends me to an Office Depot, actually it's Office Max, to get supplies. I box it up and bring it back to Fedex. Hand it to her and she walks away. I ask shouldn't I get a tracking number? Her reply, do you need a tracking number? Yes, I need a tracking number. How else will I know if my package is delivered? "Sighs" okay I'll get you a tracking number. My problem with that is, shouldn't she give me a tracking number without me asking? One FedEx ship center in a military town is disappointing. The location makes it worse and add in lunch closure to my review. I highly recommend UPS or USPS if that is an option for your shipping needs. read more

This isn't specifically for this location as much as it is for FedEx in general. This is the worst shipping company on the planet. I am convinced their drivers TRY to destroy anything they have to deliver to a residence. Every time they deliver to my house it's thrown over the gate, and I do mean literally thrown. One driver has went so far as to throw a package over the gate from the drivers seat, this was witnessed by a neighbor. Packages marked fragile are treated even worse. It would truly be better and Packages would have less damage if strapped to a crash-up derby car before the derby and delivered by the derby driver after the event. FedEx is total trash all the way from the delivery drivers to customer service. Every time I order something I ask for alternative shipping and if it's not available my Packages are always damaged or destroyed. The UPS driver gets out, opens the gate and puts my package on my steps in the carport so FedEx idiot drivers can do the same, gate isn't locked. FedEx is trash and I wish I never had to deal with those idiots again. read more

FedEx is nothing but a waste of time n money. I have sat here all day waiting on a package. It arrived at Memphis yesterday at 10:50 am n suppose to be delivered today it was 2 day Express. So I called because it said on the tracking site that it was still in Memphis. When I talked to customer service this morning she stated that the packaged had been received by my local office n it would be delivered today. I just called back to make sure n the person this time said it was still sitting in the Memphis location n I might get it tomorrow so I have to sit here again all day to see if it comes because they want a signature for the package. So 2 whole days will be wasted waiting on a package that might come. Why should we be charged for 2 day shipping if they cant do their jobs n deliver it in 2 days. This is THE WORST Fedex in the world. The staff is rude and completely unhelpful. I would rather drive across country and pick up my package over getting it with Fedex. I came to the store at 6:29, they closed at 6:30 and I couldn't get my package. I asked the lady why everyone else got to go in and get their package and she told me "well I wasn't inside so I'm not getting it." 10 minutes later she let in 3 other people and gave them their packages. She was very rude and snappy. I really needed the package because it was my new phone. I'd give a big fat zero stars if I could. read more

Absolutely terrible service. I use fedex for all my shipping needs and I always have a pleasant experience. This Valdosta location was terrible April was rude multiple times every time I ship something it exceeds 100$ so I feel like you should at least be pleasant. I suggest April find a new job or they stick her in the back. This experience makes me want to go to ups from now on. read more

If I could give them zero stars I would..this Valdosta location has issues. Every shipment I receive from them is days late because they say they tried to deliver and no one was home. Never happened. Home all day waiting for this package to help during the hurricane and same ole run around...now they say they will send out for delivery Monday...good job...during a hurricane..I think not...shameful that one location can make other FedEx distribution centers look bad...Valdosta needs an overhaul.. read more
