Jonathan was the technician and what impressed me the most was that just because he found a problem he still kept looking until he found and resolved all the issues. This took several visits in which new refrigerant was added, a leak was repaired, and a part replaced. We took off work and waited. Text messages came assuring us they were on their way several times, only to get a voicemail later that they should have scheduled it early in the morning since there were 3 air conditioners and wouldn't make it. I called back, rescheduled for today April 14th. I received a text message this morning letting me know I was on the schedule and that they would be in contact with us when the tech was on his way. By 11:00am I had heard nothing. I contacted them (all done through AI mind you) and they said they heard my concern and someone would be coming out still today. At 3:00pm I contacted them again and they said now, the gentleman that was scheduled to come out here was stuck and couldn't come out until tomorrow...So do you think they were actually going to come out tomorrow? The answer is no. I live in a rural town which they CLAIM to service but its only if you are convenient. Poor planning, poor scheduling, they will drop you for their higher paying jobs. They don't care to lose your service because they can't keep up with it anyways. Take my advice and call someone else. Insincere. Diengenous. Should probably higher some real people. Now certainly wouldn't trust them to do a good job and not rush to something else.

You should keep better records so when your customers call, you can know how to best serve them, or in our case, not serve them. We were charged $145 for you to come to our house and tell us you don't carry the replacement for r-22 as many other companies do and have had great success maintaining units with it. You just want to sell us a new unit on a small house between 8-10k dollars. We have been using Superior for years with our rental houses. I've always been happy but today I just feel like we've been ripped off. I told them the issue with our unit so they knew when they came out that we needed recharged. They don't have any r22 anymore though. So of course they want to sell us any unit and charge us a diagnostic fee that is $50 more than anyone else.

It's $159 for yeah and it includes your spring and fall maintenance visits. The tech (Mason) came early, but I received a text stating he was on his way. I liked that. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars and not 5 is because he was trying to push sales. This is a brand new system on a new house. That's not necessary. And I told him I wasn't interested and he told me he had to tell me about it. If someone says not interested, leave it at that. Otherwise great service. They use shoe protectors which I appreciate.
