This took several visits in which new refrigerant was added, a leak was repaired, and a part replaced. I really appreciate Jonathan's efforts and also his clear and detailed information every step of the way. Great job!!!

We were charged $145 for you to come to our house and tell us you don't carry the replacement for r-22 as many other companies do and have had great success maintaining units with it. You just want to sell us a new unit on a small house between 8-10k dollars. We have been using Superior for years with our rental houses. I've always been happy but today I just feel like we've been ripped off. I told them the issue with our unit so they knew when they came out that we needed recharged. They don't have any r22 anymore though. So of course they want to sell us any unit and charge us a diagnostic fee that is $50 more than anyone else.

INCREDIBLY DISSAPOINTED! BE WARNED!…read more We scheduled a service call for March 24th, 2026 and were told that the technician would be there in the afternoon and would call on his way. We took off work and waited. Text messages came assuring us they were on their way several times, only to get a voicemail later that they should have scheduled it early in the morning since there were 3 air conditioners and wouldn't make it. I called back, rescheduled for today April 14th. I received a text message this morning letting me know I was on the schedule and that they would be in contact with us when the tech was on his way. By 11:00am I had heard nothing. I contacted them (all done through AI mind you) and they said they heard my concern and someone would be coming out still today. At 3:00pm I contacted them again and they said now, the gentleman that was scheduled to come out here was stuck and couldn't come out until tomorrow...So do you think they were actually going to come out tomorrow? The answer is no. I live in a rural town which they CLAIM to service but its only if you are convenient. Poor planning, poor scheduling, they will drop you for their higher paying jobs. They don't care to lose your service because they can't keep up with it anyways. Take my advice and call someone else. Insincere. Diengenous. Should probably higher some real people. Now certainly wouldn't trust them to do a good job and not rush to something else.

He then proceeded to give me options for repairs that ranged from $900 (this included resealing leakage that didn't exist) to $1,879 complete HVAC system rejuvenation. That evening the temperature in our home rose 12 degrees above where it was set. After getting a second opinion, it turns out our drain line was clogged and was triggering a sensor to cut off the unit. We were told this is a simple and common issue that took about 45 minutes for another company to fix while charging us $138 for the service. Very disappointed that the real reason for our unit not working wasn't even brought to our attention by Integrity. We felt Integrity was trying to take advantage of our ignorance and sell us on more than the issue. We will never use them again.

It was going to be a few days before they could install my new unit, but he didn't leave me without heat.
