We updated all her shots, brought her bed, and food like they asked (What a hassle it was to get it all back not even an hour later because their "teenager" employees could not handle her ) They were scared to even let her out of her cage. Very unprofessional. Unacceptable from a dog sitting service and even a DOG TRAINING SERVICE!?!? Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. These guys are incompetent to say the least Edit: These guys are something else. Very wacky owners. They blasted me on Their Facebook page and now they have dozens of people attacking the character of me and my parents in the comments after deleting my review. My family is going through a very hard time right now and we looked at unleashed to be our community service organization that would help support us. Rather these guys are pure evil. Not only do they call our dogs aggressive when they are actually disabled, they sent an angry FB mob after me for no other reason than the owner is upset at a bad review. NOW THEY ARE THREATENING TO HAVE ME ARRESTED FOR A 1 STAR REVIEW. She deleted my previous review from google for some reason but kept the review that were driven from her FB friends seeing her post asking for 5 star review. Fair warning, never do business (or any kind of engagement at all for that matter) with these untrained people. This owner is quite literally a crazy person. Wow! My one star review still stands more than ever: Untrained unprofessional staff who label dogs with disabilities aggressive rather than admitting you dont have the training to handle them. Plus the hassel they made us go through just getting the dogs in the door was excessive especially to have to come pick everything back up not even 30 min later.

After working on some of Stieg's undesirable behaviors & teaching him some basic commands, I decided to enlist the help of a professional Trainer. After 6 months of researching & interviewing numerous Trainers, Ashley Arnold Hersel of AAA K9 Academy.com, located in Loxley, AL was my top pick. Of course I was nervous after reading horror stories about bad Trainers, but I really felt a connection with Ashley after speaking with her. She owned Malinois' herself & was knowledgeable of the breed. So off my Boi went for a 2 week Board & Train with Ashley. It was a long, hard separation for me. Well, when I arrived to pick Stieg up, I was overjoyed to see my crazy, goofy, comical, sweet, loving, playful Stieg in Great Shape with new manners to boot! Ashley worked wonders in 2 weeks. She helped me with follow-up sessions to be a better Handler. Stieg was always excited to see Ashley again. She really made a connection with my Boi. I highly recommend AAA K9 Academy & Ashley to help you & your dog have a tighter bond & a more fulfilling relationship. A trained dog makes life much easier on all. J D Brunnhoeffer

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR BABY! I am convinced…read morethese people tried to kill my dog. I am just now getting to writing this review because I was a little intimidated because of all the good reviews and the fact that they were recommended to me by my vet. I dropped my dog off and paid the first half upfront. He was supposed to be there 7 weeks, I think, I can't remember exactly because this happened a little over a year ago. Luckily, 2 weeks in he had a scheduled vet appointment that I had let the wife know about at the time of drop off. I stayed in contact with her over the 2 weeks because I missed my baby! She assured me he was good. When I picked him up for his vet appointment, I was coming down the long drive way after they opened the gate and I was on the phone with my mom. I could see him from far back and I told my mom that even from that distance he looks like he's lost a lot of weight. I was instantly worried. They had a rope tied around his neck, no leash no collar just an old rope. When he saw my car coming, he was so happy. He was literally jumping for joy like he knew I was coming to SAVE HIM! I pulled up and told my mother he has absolutely lost weight and I got off the phone and immediately got out to check on him. He was panting so hard, he was so out of breath. But they smell coming from his mouth was like the smell of death. It literally smelled like something crawled in the back of his throat and died there. His nose was all scratched up and I could see every bone in his torso. When I dropped him off, he was a thick healthy boy. He was so happy to see me and Josh, who still had him by the rope was pulling on the rope telling him to get down because he was jumping on me and my car. But he knew was being RESCUED! I took the rope and put him in mar car. Josh told me to bring him back immediately after his vet appointment but I knew when I got in my car and shut the door, my boy was never going back to those people. He got in the back seat and laid down. He did not move the whole car ride.. which is unlike him. He always very happy to go for rides. He was EXHAUSTED. He had literally been fighting for his life. I took him to the vet and in that 2 weeks, he had lost 14lbs. They deprive these dogs of food and water to "train" them. If a dog doesn't behave the way they want them to, they take away access to food and water. My boy was a very active, very happy, easily excited pitbull. But when he came home with me, he was not the same dog. He laid around almost 2 weeks. He didn't run, he didn't play, he acted like my other dog, whom he loves very much, wasn't even there. He wouldn't go in his kennel on his own. As soon as I got home with him he went straight to his water bowl and drank water until he threw up. I cried and blamed myself for 2 weeks, scared to death I wasn't going to get my boy back... that I had come home with a completely different dog. He was traumatized. Thankfully, he did eventually start to come back around, and he is back to himself! A couple of hours after his vet appointment, Josh's wife was calling me and texting me asking when I was going to bring Juice back. I mentioned to her that he had lost a lot of weight and she said it was normal for dogs to lose weight during training. I had already discussed with his vet that 14lbs in 2 weeks is not normal and is concerning. She text me again and I told her Juice would not be returning. I didn't even ask for a refund of my $750, I think it was? Because I was just so happy to have my dog back and he was alive. Looking back now, I wish I had demanded my money back. And I wish I had thrown a lot big enough that all of baldwin county knew not to take their dogs here. But please do not take your babies here. These people are evil and unprofessional.
