Her…read morehair between her eyes was shaved down to her tender skin as well as her full belly around her privates. Poor baby walked around with her tail tucked for the past two days. Not at all what I was expecting for a puppy cut. We still cannot pet her left ear two days later? I don't see an injury but she's definitely been hurt. I love my dogs and protect them like I would a child. I'm sure she was traumatized I'Il be looking for a mobile business that will provide a service at my home from now on. Trust me, this groomer definitely doesn't know what she's doing or she's not a compassionate groomer with puppy's. I'd go somewhere else!

I recently had to put my Labradoodle Maverick to sleep and they made a really difficult situation as easy... as possible. Dr. Dixon was amazing with Maverick. She made sure he was comfortable on top of a fluffy blanket, sedated him so he wasn't in pain or anxious while I said my goodbyes. As she administered the meds, she whispered beautiful things to him as he drifted off to his final sleep. I was so thankful to have this experience with Dr. Dixon And ALL the staff at Bay Animal Clinic. Also, thank you to the sweet vet tech who made sure Mavi had the cutest candy corn bandana on before he left us.

It was obvious from the left-over dog food that she was not being fed according to instructions. Our dog looked worse than the dogs in the TV advertisement. It took 2 hours to get her cleaned up. I would not use this facility again. It is not a professional caring facility. Marsha Cothren

Looking at their website and their app you'd think this was a 5 star establishment on the grounds…read moreof the "Historic Grand Hotel Fish Camp". You'd be wrong. Just a shack in the woods. Pricing is no where to be found on site or app. When I inquired about pricing I was given the rates. You are asked to select what your dog is "allowed " to participate in during the stay. It is implied that playing fetch, woodland walks, and swimming are included in the "Woof Lodge". Nope. $10 per activity. No where mentions pricing or that the "added" activities were not included and charged for each one. A $40 one night stay cost me $70 plus tax. Almost double what it quoted. The handler Julius was good with my dog and nice though. The only reason I brought my dog here vs other boarding options was for the "play" and interaction they "offered" for a little more than traditional boarding pricing. Fool me once....
