Then, the cages looked like a jail. It was gross, and just had a bad vibe, but I couldn't change plans so I just had to leave them. When I got back to get them they were BOTH sick. So, I called the owner seeing if He would compensate me for having to take them to the vet. Not only did He argue with me the entire time, but He was very aggressive, demeaning, and rude. Basically blaming everything but himself for my sick cats. HATED IT. won't ever use them again.
