Some man…read morewho was not very welcoming to me or MJ, just grabbed the leash, disappeared into the back like he was running a top-secret CIA operation, then returned two minutes later to inform me she had failed. Failed what, exactly? Standing there looking adorable? His reasoning was she didn't approach their 'test dog.' Now, I don't know about you, but I was raised to believe it's actually polite NOT to run up to strangers uninvited. Maybe MJ just has better manners than the average dog? Sorry she didn't charge in for a meet-and-greet like a politician at a county fair. Now, MJ is a rescue, and she is cautious, but she is also the most loving, sock-stealing, cuddle-demanding dog you'll ever meet. Fortunately, we took our business to The Palms Dog Resort, where they actually met MJ, treated her with kindness, and now she loves going there. We updated all her shots, brought her bed, and food like they asked (What a hassle it was to get it all back not even an hour later because their "teenager" employees could not handle her ) They were scared to even let her out of her cage. Very unprofessional. Unacceptable from a dog sitting service and even a DOG TRAINING SERVICE!?!? Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. They blasted me on Their Facebook page and now they have dozens of people attacking the character of me and my parents in the comments after deleting my review. My family is going through a very hard time right now and we looked at unleashed to be our community service organization that would help support us. Rather these guys are pure evil. Not only do they call our dogs aggressive when they are actually disabled, they sent an angry FB mob after me for no other reason than the owner is upset at a bad review. NOW THEY ARE THREATENING TO HAVE ME ARRESTED FOR A 1 STAR REVIEW. She deleted my previous review from google for some reason but kept the review that were driven from her FB friends seeing her post asking for 5 star review. Fair warning, never do business (or any kind of engagement at all for that matter) with these untrained people. This owner is quite literally a crazy person. Wow! My one star review still stands more than ever: Untrained unprofessional staff who label dogs with disabilities aggressive rather than admitting you dont have the training to handle them. Plus the hassel they made us go through just getting the dogs in the door was excessive especially to have to come pick everything back up not even 30 min later.

When I picked him up, he had this huge gash just above his eye. No one called to tell me about it. When I got him home, I noticed his eyes were gooey and looked infected. I was worried he had a corneal abrasion. I took him to the vet the next day. He had bilateral eye infections, bilateral ear infections, an infection under his chin and the vet treated his gash above the eye. Not to mention he lost NINE pounds!! He also slept for 12 hours straight. He seemed traumatized. $171 vet bill. He has been to different camps for even longer periods of time, and I have never experienced this mistreatment of my dog. I tried calling the owner Holly, but she was out of town I was told. We did communicate via email, and she agreed to pay $65 for part of the vet bill. She said the infections were not from her facility. It is conjunctivitis! Its highly contagious! Of course, it was from them. Holly should have communicated what was going on with my dog. The infection in the eyes was obvious. They wiped his eyes when I got there. Holly, you need to communicate with the owners better. See the pictures attached. They were taken as soon as we got home.
