They let you look and give you a mirror to check if there are any hairs left on your body. If you see some speak up. I had a time, not with Micah, where I saw some hair and the esthetician was more than happy to wax that area. Pain? Seriously, it's a wax and they do hurt. Everyone's pain tolerance is different but they are in no control over your pain. My scars are now orange instead of white - there is no camoflauge or blending with my skin at all. I went for a follow up and Zoe offered to remove the ink. I asked if I could get a partial refund since this service did not work and was so expensive. She said no. But offered a different treatment option to help with the scar texture that would also cost more than $1,000. Why would I invest more money into more services when the business doesn't even stand by the service already given? I said no to the ink removal process because I don't trust this business with my skin given how much worse things look now. I don't recommend the camo service. Too expensive and no guarantee of how it will look after. I didn't expect perfection, but I don't like that this place charges a premium for a service that may or may not look good. So I'm out $1,000 but lesson learned.
