That's with us throwing boxes and items in four loads worth of cars to save time. the price I expected to pay at the time of booking ended being only a quarter of the cost I paid. and then they encouraged us to tip them on top of it. They came late meaning we didnt get a good start to the move until after noon. they came with two guys but one guy did pretty much all the work. they knocked chunks out of the wall of the old place that I know is going to come out of my security deposit. they shrink wrapped and blanketed every thing whether it was needed or not and charged for how much they used. I'm talking a few extra hundred dollars worth of supplies that the quote had said would be included. over all I expected to pay maybe $600 and then ended up paying 1500+ since it took them the entire day to make the move

From the sleazy "used car salesman" approach by multiple employees when setting up the appointment to the complete lack of respect and disregard shown in canceling my appointment on the day of my scheduled move. Every employee I spoke with was located at a "call center" and not even at the actual place of business. The supervisor at the call center who called herself "Jana", then changed her name to Melissa was the worst! I had a contract for services, paid a deposit and was canceled with no explanation. I relied to my detriment on this contract to fulfill a scheduled move on a specific date and time. This is by far the worst company I have ever encountered.

When I stumbled upon 24 hour self storage, I had doubts and didn't trust that anywhere I went, nowhere could be this good to be true. Right?? Boy was I wrong!!! Not only was the cost about half of what I'd paid in the past, but I had a larger unit. I definitely took note that the grounds and units were exceptionally clean, as well as quiet! The staff was incredibly kind, attentive and helpful. When it was time to move my belongings out, and to our new home, it was almost bittersweet! Called them today and she stated that the total amount due would be $156.00. $119.00 for first months rent, $12.00 fee for insurance, $15.00 Admin. Fee, and $10.50 for a disc lock (They don't allow pad locks). I asked her about the "first month free" that's stated on the website and she said since that unit was the last one of 10 x 15 that they weren't offering any deals at this time even though it says the "first month free" on the website. Just lost my business and many others after I let everyone know through Social Media and the many other businesses that I am associated with. I was able to find another storage company with a bigger unit for less money, and no "hidden fees", they were straight with me about everything, if you're debating on renting from Stor All New Cut Road or another storage company, go with the other, don't waste your time doing business with them.
