Good people. Personable. Got the job done. Only reason not a 5 is they didn't have furniture dollies that would have made job easier.

Once the movers came by, they were fast, professional, and kind, even when I had a lock-out situation. One mover even said he loves his job. He mentioned that moving can be a stressful time for people, and he takes pride in making it easier and seeing people start a new chapter in their life. What a sweet sentiment!

They…read morecouldn't even get my couch out of the apartment at all, which is heartbreaking since I bought it less than a year ago for $1,000. Now, it's damaged, with torn fabric exposing the wood frame, and dirt marks all over it, yet it's still stuck in my old apartment. I'm devastated. Not only did they break my lamp, but they also tried to hide it. When I asked one of the movers if it was broken, he awkwardly held the two parts together as if it was still fine and just said, "Ugh, I don't know." I pointed out that it was clearly broken, and it was only damaged because they were carelessly throwing my stuff from the first floor to the second. They also lost the shelf brackets for my glass cabinet. I explicitly told them when they started moving it that the brackets would fall out. They took them out and now they're MIA. While I was told they'd buy new ones for me, I've since learned they're out of stock. It's just frustrating that they didn't take better care of my belongings. Despite clearly instructing them on where to place my furniture in my new place, they dumped everything in the living room. At one point, they even tried to push my TV up over their heads to the second floor, but thankfully one of the movers realized that wasn't safe and had them walk it up instead. I had an issue with one of the movers, but when I brought it up to the Assistant GM, he dismissed my concerns, insisting that the mover was an "upstanding" employee. I told him that wasn't my experience at all. The mover had been visibly annoyed the entire time, telling me it's stressful for me but even more stressful for them. I don't care--it's your job to handle this professionally! What upset me the most was the rude and passive-aggressive attitude I encountered throughout the process. I definitely won't be using their services again. I feel like my concerns were completely disregarded. When I asked for a receipt, one of the movers simply said, "I don't know," and shut the door in my face. He even snatched my debit card from my hand, and when I pointed it out, he dismissed my feelings by saying it was "pathetic" that I thought he snatched it. My partner witnessed the whole thing, and we were both taken aback by the lack of professionalism. I'm really upset about how I was treated today. I deserve better service, and so does everyone else.

All My Sons Moving & Storage - My yard after they tried to get the truck out

All My Sons Moving & Storage

(140 reviews)

Run, don't walk to any other mover and believe not a word of what your salesman tells you!…read more We just finished our move and I can honestly say this is the worst business I have ever dealt with. They are unprofessional and unethical. I booked a month in advance with a deposit and couldn't get a written confirmation other than a text confirming the date and rate. When I tried to get a confirmation I was told I would get a call two days in advance. I should have trusted my gut and ate the deposit and booked with another company. When I did get confirmations, they were always for the wrong amount. The three-man crew showed up and after over an hour moved the first piece of furniture out of my house, scratching the hardwood floors in the process. When they finally got to the new place with all of our furniture hostage, they demanded $1700 from my wife to start moving off the truck with the move finishing at 3:00. Two hour later than hadn't brought a single item into the new place but "staged everything off the truck. At 3:00 they extorted several hundred dollars from us to get everything in the door. With the first piece of furniture, they sent it through the wall and then treated a 100 year-old antique like a sack of floor turning in on its side allowing the shelves to bust out the glass. I found other damage after they left. I had to leave early but they browbeat my wife for a tip and then demanded a 5-star review. Casey led the crew, who were neither movers or strong, and Carter was calling the shots on the back end demanding more and more money mid-move. Book with someone else or greatly wish you did.

We had things broken, missing and damaged. They were combative and just didn't want to set up the things they broke down in the new house. Overall this was a nightmare. I don't want to move again but if I have to I will not ever use them again. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Ever.

In fact, when he called to confirm the day before my move, I explained how I hoped to be done early in the day due to a family event in the afternoon. He responded by saying he actually had a crew that could move me in a few hours. I jumped on it and the crew - Germain, D.J., and Mike couldn't have been more courteous and helpful. The move took less time than estimated and everything arrived safely and was placed where I wanted it. I would be happy to use them again!

If not for the owner's behavior, this would be a five-star review. Bruce and Ryne, the two movers who showed up, were phenomenal--professional, respectful, and tireless. They worked quickly but carefully, took only one short break, and kept positive attitudes through an exhausting fourteen-hour day. They were the bright spot in an otherwise dark experience. We chose Clark & Sons because their website emphasizes "strength in unity," professionalism, and care. Sadly, none of those values were reflected in how we were treated. Our written quote clearly stated $189 per hour for a three-man crew and one truck to move our three-bedroom home about twenty-five miles. On October 11, only two movers arrived at 9:15 a.m. They immediately called the company to report they needed help. We overheard multiple calls throughout the day asking for assistance, yet no one was ever sent. Because there were only two movers instead of three, the job took from 9:15 a.m. until 11:30 p.m. At the end of the night, Ryne called the owner, Clark, to discuss payment and handed the phone to my husband. My husband first praised Bruce and Ryne for their hard work, then raised the issue of the missing third mover. Clark's response was hostile, abusive, and threatening. He called us "thieves," said he was driving to Indianapolis and would "turn his car around" to come to our house to "embarrass us in front of our neighbors", and physically attack my husband. When my husband confronted him about his behavior, Clark threatened to call the sheriff. His aggression destroyed any sense of trust. We refused to provide our credit card number, fearing he might overcharge us, and instead requested a secure payment link like the one used for our deposit. Five days later, on October 16 around 11 p.m., my husband began receiving repeated calls from 513-264-2622. When he finally answered, the same man admitted it was him--the same Clark who had threatened us--and said he was "frustrated that day." He then demanded that my husband make me remove a review, even though I had not written one. When my husband refused, Clark continued calling--**six times between 10:49 and 11:04 p.m.--**and finally texted: "If you get that review removed, I'll give you $1,000 right now." Screenshots confirm both the quote and the repeated calls. Sadly, the harassment has continued with more calls today. And so NOW I am writing a review. We've moved many times, across states and even internationally, and have never experienced such unethical and threatening conduct from a moving company--let alone from its owner. Adding to the irony, Clark & Sons promotes itself as a Christian, family-owned business. Their trucks display Bible verses and crosses, and they advertise in the Christian Blue Pages under the phrase "Strength in Unity." I end with one of my favorite verses: "By their fruit you will recognize them." -- Matthew 7:16

I was quite stressed about my move because it was the first time that I, at 70 years old, had to manage a household move on my own, having lost my husband nearly a year ago. I had worked at packing until nearly midnight the night before the scheduled move and was not at all confident it would go well. Within minutes of the extremely professional team showing up, my stress level was in check and going down. I have experienced many corporate moves over my career, but none had workers more committed and invested in the success of the move. This team was phenomenal. I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck for your moves in the Louisville, KY area.

They told me they could save me money by removing it, so I signed the paperwork to take it off. Looking back, I deeply regret that decision. During the move, my son's **brand-new, never-worn $200 Air Jordan sneakers**, which were not packed in a box, disappeared. Because our belongings were placed in temporary storage after the move, I didn't realize they were missing until about one to two weeks later. Since this happened in **April 2026**, I have been trying to get this matter resolved. I have repeatedly attempted to contact the local manager, but my calls have never been returned. The lack of communication and customer service has been extremely disappointing. To make matters worse, my credit card company has required me to jump through countless hoops. I filed a police report, provided the purchase receipt showing the shoes were bought in April, and now I've been asked to write an additional statement that repeats the same information already included in the police report. Meanwhile, I have not seen any indication that my credit card company has contacted Two Men and a Truck about my dispute. Based on my experience, I question why customers are encouraged to remove the additional protection coverage before a move. It left me feeling unprotected when my property went missing. This experience has been frustrating from start to finish. I have lost trust in this company and will never use its services again. **Beware and carefully consider whether to keep any protection coverage you purchase.**

The Pod was not delivered as promised but you can choose to store it longer as needed. Actually it was on the road longer than we had expected. For our situation this worked out. We used the Pods but after we had reserved it, it was way too small for the largest one. It's all the options they offer. It's all good but was not the best choice for us. Now would we use it again, no! We would not because in the move some things were shuffled around, but stuff gets broke in a move. It's the cost at a comfortable five grand and its size . The customer service was excellent. A personal and professional experience would highly recommend depending on your needs . The best advice ask for Calvin! He is the absolute best! This has been, without question, the worst moving experience I have ever had. The complete lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable, and it is extremely clear that customer commitments are not being treated as a priority. Why am I not being rescheduled for the immediate next available pickup day, preferably in the morning, after PODS failed to fulfill the commitment I had already scheduled for? Why am I instead being pushed to the end of the schedule five days later? What exactly is supposed to prevent the same thing from happening again? Am I simply expected to sit around for another five days, only to potentially have PODS fail to show up again without even having the courtesy to call? When a company fails to meet a scheduled commitment, the reasonable solution is to prioritize correcting that failure, not make the customer wait nearly another week. I would strongly recommend against using PODS based on this experience. The failure itself is frustrating, but the complete lack of communication and the unwillingness to make the situation right are what make this experience especially unacceptable.
