The insole clean up was decent and at least not embarrassing to wear like they would have been. Payment was due at initiation of service/when dropping off the item(s). Only downside was they weren't ready at the first date he told me for pick up. I had some wiggle room time though so over all it was ok, it just meant extra driving around town and a bit of worry that they might not be ready by the new date (but they were!). SIE hasn't carried Ariens mowers for many years, and they do not carry ANY Ariens parts what-so-ever. Additionally the only retailer selling Ariens in the Louisville area is Lowes and they do not handle parts either. BTW this lack of a replacement parts is something you should consider before buying any brand mower. Yes you can find parts on line, but many times you need the part today and on line purchases are not always reliable and can take a week or more to be delivered. All that said, recently I've needed a couple parts and could not find them anywhere locally. When I searched on line for my parts, several times my part number was cross referenced with Gravely mower parts. Ariens and Gravely are made by the same manufacturer. So I start researching Gravely dealers in the Louisville area. Eureka, The Mower Shop is a Gravely dealer! Not only is The Mower Shop a Gravely dealer, they carry a large inventory of replacement parts. The Mower Shop has had every part I've needed so far, and at reasonable prices. Additionally, the employees I've dealt with were all friendly and knowledgeable. IF I ever buy a new zero turn, The Mower Shop will be my first stop!

We did not have the recept or card statement. but after contacting Toro/ Briggs they suggested going to an authorized service center and if it was that new ( less than year ?) they would be able to verify by serial # ...I remembered my parents had bought mowers there years back (I'm almost 68 so years ago) the guy at the desk was very courteous. But he went back to ask the " lady that handled warranties" each time he came back I wasn't able to provide..receipt no..credit card statement no ...I had intended to leave it for repair ( on my dime) but an older larger woman came out to repeat what he had already said...but then said I had not been told what I said by the engine company...as a retired medical professional I suppose I had not been called a liar in so long I was shocked. He went to see cost to check it out after he stepped away I thought why patronize people who feel free to call you a liar ..so I eggresses replaced my mower in the truck...but came back In side to tell him why I was not leaving it and to thank him for his time. They appear busy so I guess they have plenty of business...not to worry I won't waste another minute there....I looked online when I returned home and there are things posted from Briggs and Toro indicating what I was told. I'm not sure why she chose to say they never told you that as opposed to they may have told you that but our company policy won't allow it or ? Perhaps being a mower warranty clerk in a mower shop at her age has made her bitter ? Who knows... I think we'd use pinking shears on the lawn before returning there.

But this place was so fantastic I had to take the time to share my experience. I had the distinct pleasure of working with Claire, who is dynamite, by the way. I had called ahead with the type of space I needed, she was awesome and accommodating. I called ahead again the day I went to pick up keys, and she had already printed off everything and was ready to go. She taped her business card to the key cards (which I really thought was genius) and walked me through the unit I was interested in. The whole property was very clean, well-maintained, and safe. Security cameras are EVERYWHERE. I've never used a storage unit before but I had images of Storage Wars in my brain, overpacked and creepy. Not at all what's going on there. They take a lot of pride in keeping their grounds safe and clean. I was very impressed. If you need to store stuff, even temporarily, do it here. Ask for Claire, you will fall in love with her and their property, just like I did!!

She explained what they had available and I went by to check a place out. As she and I walked down a row to check the units out, we passed one unit where a lady was in grabbing some of her things. Clare chit-chatted briefly with her, giving me the distinct impression that this place actually takes an interest in those renting from them and wants to do an exceptional job. My unit was just the right size and was impeccably clean. I bought a lock, signed the contract, and began moving things in that same day. It has been such an easy process that I wonder why I never got a storage unit sooner! My daughter recently moved her furniture to a storage unit after selling her house and looking to buy a new one. Since she is single, and I'm retired, she enlisted my help getting moved. I was the primary contact for all moving issues. We used a different company (not Clean Slate) to move from her old house TO the storage unit. They were "decent" but I felt a little used and abused by their add on charges after the fact. I started looking for a different mover when it was time to move from the storage unit to the new home. All communications were via text. Clean Slate did meet another movers price and since they had so many 5 star reviews, I decided to go with them. There was one problem, they showed up an hour late. I considered giving them 4 stars due to showing up late, but that issue was offset by the quality of the two young men that did our move. Both guys were respectful and took good care of our possessions. They worked non stop for 4 hours. They even let this old man talk their ears off! I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

They took the time to really get to know our child's personality and needs, and they communicated with us every step of the way. The level of engagement from the staff has consistently exceeded our expectations. The teachers (and support staff) are not only warm and caring, but they also create a fun, stimulating environment that encourages exploration and growth. We've loved seeing the developmental milestones our child has reached, and we know so much of that progress is thanks to the intentional learning experiences and individual attention provided at Primrose. What stands out the most is how happy our child is when we bring her to school and the immediate engagement with the teachers. He has been to some daycares in the past that swear that their focus is education & challenging the minds of the little ones but trust me, after paying close attention, they were not. I researched and found Primrose before it was even built months ago & decided that this was the place my son had to be no matter how many hours I needed to work--he needed to have the best education. Primrose teachers are degree level teachers who have the know how and ability to work with the kids according to their age group. The kids have a schedule so they aren't being babysat--they're actually learning. I can't tell you how much my son has made a dramatic shift in his behavior and attitude since starting here & it hasn't even been a month. So if you're child is acting out at his/her current school, investigate what's going on--he/she may just be bored from the lack of activity. To top it all off, the owner Anne Almond rocks! Her smile and personality is contagious and the director Laura Paine is irreplaceable in the quality of professionalism and friendliness she displays to each family. Lastly, I'm a foodie so you know I love the fact that they have a Personal Chef who really prepares healthy meals for the children. My son and daughter always come home telling me about the healthy snacks they've had at Primrose. Parents, I know this was long but if you really truly care about your child's education this is the place you'll want them to be. If you have school-aged children, that's no problem.
