The…read morefirst place was a horrid experience, rude employees, they offered very short access hours, and these were just the beginning of the nightmare I would be subjected to - in the end, my indoor climate control unit was ravaged by water damage and it was nearly a total loss. When I stumbled upon 24 hour self storage, I had doubts and didn't trust that anywhere I went, nowhere could be this good to be true. Right?? Boy was I wrong!!! Not only was the cost about half of what I'd paid in the past, but I had a larger unit. I definitely took note that the grounds and units were exceptionally clean, as well as quiet! The staff was incredibly kind, attentive and helpful. When it was time to move my belongings out, and to our new home, it was almost bittersweet! That's with us throwing boxes and items in four loads worth of cars to save time. the price I expected to pay at the time of booking ended being only a quarter of the cost I paid. and then they encouraged us to tip them on top of it. They came late meaning we didnt get a good start to the move until after noon. they came with two guys but one guy did pretty much all the work. they knocked chunks out of the wall of the old place that I know is going to come out of my security deposit. they shrink wrapped and blanketed every thing whether it was needed or not and charged for how much they used. I'm talking a few extra hundred dollars worth of supplies that the quote had said would be included. over all I expected to pay maybe $600 and then ended up paying 1500+ since it took them the entire day to make the move

From the sleazy "used car salesman" approach by multiple employees when setting up the appointment to the complete lack of respect and disregard shown in canceling my appointment on the day of my scheduled move. Every employee I spoke with was located at a "call center" and not even at the actual place of business. The supervisor at the call center who called herself "Jana", then changed her name to Melissa was the worst! I had a contract for services, paid a deposit and was canceled with no explanation. I relied to my detriment on this contract to fulfill a scheduled move on a specific date and time. This is by far the worst company I have ever encountered.

I had a HORRIBLE experience here. I walked in the store May 31 to give notice with the Manager and…read morereserve the free truck. I was to move out on the 9th. He explained to me that it was a 4 hour block for the truck unless I wanted to extend to a whole day in which case would be $22 dollars, he then quoted my price for the month of June and notated it in the system. I told him I would need to check with the time frame and asked if I could come back the next day to confirm the time frame and he said I could call. The next couple of days I called each day but I waited over 5 minutes for anyone to answer and eventually hung up. Finally I got a lady at the answering service to answer who said she would relay my message to the store who would give me a call, but no one did. I walked in on the 5th because I didn't want to be late. The store manager was there again and confirmed my move out date and the time frame in which I would move with the truck. He corrected my amount owed for the month and I paid it with him in the store. The next day I received a delinquent email- I replied to it explaining that I paid my balance with the actual manager. The manager responded confirming that my account was in good standing and confirmed my truck rental. On the day that I am to move out, I can't get through the gate. I then speak with Mike who was EXTREMLY rude. Instead of listening to me and looking at the email conversation that I had with HIS manager, he accused me of not paying my rent, and not even reserving the truck, EVEN THOUGH I let him read the email his manager sent me. He kept saying he didn't know who I talked to and proceeded to tell me that there's nothing he can do about my code not working. He then asked me how I would be paying the $100 deposit to rent the truck and I told him I didn't bring $100 to give him and No one told me abt a security deposit. He was so rude that he responded and said I would still have to pay it and couldn't do anything about what I was told .... my brother and father came in because they heard me getting angry with this man- AND this man was raising his voice at me... AS IF HE WAS IN THE RIGHT!!! Once they walked in HE STARTED CHANGING HIS RESPONSES... but I guess he didn't realize they had heard the ENTIRE conversation. I had to call EVERY TIME I needed to get IN AND OUT of the gate PLUS IN and OUT of the building while I was moving out that day but even before that, They had my unit yellow tagged and instead of him walkin with me to fix my lock, we had to run back to the office to get him (we were in a 4 hour time frame with the truck to move out). HIGHLY INCONVENIENT Rude, NO customer service and extremly inconvenient! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE- good luck!

Was working with a main GM over them .. Who knew all the details and everything going on? It was duly noted, my wife already upset from her unexpected passing of her mother. She gets a phone call that the cops have been called for theft of a truck which we had paid on and the g. M knew we were paying the full amount in a few days after the state was settled. They called her work, leaving voicemails for theft. She lost her job Still hasn't got her job back to this day over this and they have nothing to say they're inconsiderate, and they all need to be fired when complained to the g. M he took care of everything on the truck. Rental part couldn't do anything for my wife's job. And everyone still works there even though they need to be fired.

The nicest thing was that I was able to book a place online. As soon as I reserved, I had it. It was mine. Oh yes, it was mine. Then, I got a phone call from the agent there confirming my reservation and asking if I had any questions. Great customer service. There is 24-hour access to the storage units (which is nice, since I keep a weird schedule). There is restricted access - you can only get into the units with a code that you designate yourself. Plus, there are cameras everywhere, which is nice for a security feeling. The rates really aren't that bad either. A little less than I was expecting. And they have the option to bill monthly to a credit card, which is great for people who don't want to think about bills.
