That's with us throwing boxes and items in four loads worth of cars to save time. the price I expected to pay at the time of booking ended being only a quarter of the cost I paid. and then they encouraged us to tip them on top of it. They came late meaning we didnt get a good start to the move until after noon. they came with two guys but one guy did pretty much all the work. they knocked chunks out of the wall of the old place that I know is going to come out of my security deposit. they shrink wrapped and blanketed every thing whether it was needed or not and charged for how much they used. I'm talking a few extra hundred dollars worth of supplies that the quote had said would be included. over all I expected to pay maybe $600 and then ended up paying 1500+ since it took them the entire day to make the move

From the sleazy "used car salesman" approach by multiple employees when setting up the appointment to the complete lack of respect and disregard shown in canceling my appointment on the day of my scheduled move. Every employee I spoke with was located at a "call center" and not even at the actual place of business. The supervisor at the call center who called herself "Jana", then changed her name to Melissa was the worst! I had a contract for services, paid a deposit and was canceled with no explanation. I relied to my detriment on this contract to fulfill a scheduled move on a specific date and time. This is by far the worst company I have ever encountered.

After filing a police report, I waited months for them to review the "state ot the art" security footage, only to be told "We couldn't possibly review a months footage to see if someone was in your unit". This happened in January 2023 and still no effort has been made by Lighthouse Storage to remedy the situation. Unless you want your belongings stolen, rent from someone else.

As if the homeless people starting a fire and burning down a couple units wasn't enough... now you have to haul ur stuff from your unit all the way thru the maze of units to the back gate where you have to park your truck across the street.

The check in process was a challenge due to connectivity of app. Thankful Jason was on site to help us with the rental. He didn't even have us on his schedule, it was very weird. I could see my reservation through the app. I am so thankful he was there and helpful if not we would not have been able to pick up our new furniture. We had the truck less than 2 hours. We were not pleased with the app but Jason's service was excellent. He saved the day!
