Repairing my right rear fender required removing the tail light. I drive a retractable hardtop…read moreroadster. In order for the hardtop to retract, a microswitch needs to be engaged by a "trunk partition" which allows space for the hardtop to fold in the trunk. After they "fixed" my car, I immediately noticed the hardtop no longer retracted because the "trunk partition" was not engaged according to the error message on my dashboard. They denied causing this problem and would not even take a critical look at the trunk partition mechanism. They referred me to the car dealership and I was on my own. The car dealer wanted $300 just to diagnose the problem, and I had no guarantee Classic Collision would foot the bill. I subsequently took the car to my trusted mechanic and he diagnosed and fixed the problem in five minutes. Turns out, when the Classic Collision tech removed the tail light assembly, he also unplugged the "Trunk partition" sensor microswitch cable (which is immediately adjacent to the tail light assembly) and never plugged it back in again. When I pointed this out, both the service rep. and the manager continued to deny responsibility for the mishap and became rude and threatening. DO NOT USE THIS BODY SHOP for your auto repairs as they are dishonest, nasty and will not even own up to their mistakes.

I was previously quoted $5300 for a rebuilt from another place. Blas told me no problem I got you i can do it for $1750. Ok great, he says i need a down payment as I am a small business I can't afford to get the tranny i need atleast $900.(i paid $908) I'll have it ready for you by Tuesday afternoon. Yesterday I go by to see how my car is coming along, the shop is closed, I call, text no answer. As I'm sitting in the parking lot a gentleman named don approaches me he tells that blas has screwed him and he was there to get his money back from him. Apparently blas takes the money and hasn't repair other people's cars from the past whom he promised. Don also told me the tranny that was supposedly rebuilt he took elsewhere who showed him the original GM parts in the tranny. Anyways, I left went to the gas station to get a drink called the palm bay police that was a joke, they were like someone will call you back blah blah blah. I go back to the shop blas is there i told him to get my truck out of your shop, he says oh I did it all. I said no you didn't I'm not stupid. All he did was replace a coolant line. I took my truck to someone else who verified that my tranny was never touched. He was going to charge me $3400 to replace a coolant line!!!!!
