So many times they wouldn't have what you needed, or it would be quite expensive, or they'd have to order it from 'the warehouse'. Recently, in the past couple of years, I've been loyal to O'Reilly Auto Parts. Their stores are meticulously clean, well stocked and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. This morning, I had the 'Check Engine' light come on in my 2013 BMW. I was NOT happy about that, naturally. Plus, I'm in Melbourne for a reunion, I live near Tampa. So, I pulled into the closest O'Reilly to see if they'd run a diagnostic check for me. This service is FREE. I was immediately greeted by Anthony. The first thing he asked is "Did you just get gas?" Right then I knew he was in the know! I had just gotten gas the night before. Next he asked if my gas cap was on correctly. I answered "Yes". (Bad gas and a loose gas cap are the two MAIN reasons for an unexplained Check Engine Light usually). We walked out to my car, he hooked up his OBD(On Board Diagnostic) tester and quickly pulled up a trouble code and a description. Fortunately for me, it was a very minor issue that would likely resolve itself, would not damage the engine or affect driving and did not require any parts. (No good for O'Reilly!) I couldn't have been any happier all the way around! With O'Reilly, Anthony and a simple answer not requiring BMW-type expenses..... Thanks!

I offer to purchase the entire vehicle w cash in hand and very disrespectful said he was not selling the car to me. He didn't care to seek the car because he had the engine, which is installed in the vehicle, turns on and run, offered to someone. I tried to reason with the man, but he was stubborn and finally saying: I didn't tell you to come here to buy it. I decided to do a 180 degree turn and got into my vehicle and left.
