DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP - TOP WRENCH AUTOMOTIVE RIP OFF…read more In July 2026, an oil change technician noticed a leak on my 2010 Infiniti M35 but could not identify the source. He recommended having the engine degreased and inspected, mentioning it could possibly be the valve cover gaskets. I called Top Wrench Automotive and spoke with Travis for an estimate on valve cover gaskets if that turned out to be the issue of the oil leak. I explicitly told Travis during drop-off that the car had NEVER been formally diagnosed. Travis assured me that they always perform their own diagnostics and would thoroughly degrease the engine to verify and identify the oil leak before doing any repairs. A few days later, the initial $600 estimate jumped to over $950. I approved it, assuming the source of the oil leak was verified and fixed. After picking up the car; the very next day, my garage floor was covered in oil worse than before I brought it in. When I returned the car, to Top Wrench Automotive to reinspect the car; they claimed their work was fine. There were no issues with the valve cover gaskets. When I asked Travis why is the car still leaking oil; especially if they had truly degreased and diagnosed the source of the leak, Travis claimed they did, however it's possible that the car has several oil leaks. After leaving the car another day for them to actually find the leak, Travis handed me a shocking $7,695 estimate for major services, claiming it was too difficult to isolate the leak without doing major repairs. Worse yet, Top Wrench altered the new invoice to state that the valve cover gaskets were replaced based on another shop's diagnosis. This is a total lie to avoid accountability. I told Travis multiple times, CLEARLY that the car was NEVER previously diagnosed, and he himself stated that Top Wrench never relies on outside opinions without doing their own diagnostics' first. Frustrated and out $950, I ultimately took my vehicle to a different automotive shop (Melbourne Radiator / Automotive. Within 24 hours, they found and identified the real problem: a bad $20 Engine Oil Cooler Seal. It was a massive, obvious leak that Top Wrench completely missed despite claiming they degreased the engine. The new shop fixed it perfectly for under $200 total. Top Wrench Automotive took $950 of my money, failed to diagnose a basic issue, lied on my paperwork, and then tried to trick me into thousands of dollars in unnecessary repairs. Stay far away.

Repairing my right rear fender required removing the tail light. I drive a retractable hardtop…read moreroadster. In order for the hardtop to retract, a microswitch needs to be engaged by a "trunk partition" which allows space for the hardtop to fold in the trunk. After they "fixed" my car, I immediately noticed the hardtop no longer retracted because the "trunk partition" was not engaged according to the error message on my dashboard. They denied causing this problem and would not even take a critical look at the trunk partition mechanism. They referred me to the car dealership and I was on my own. The car dealer wanted $300 just to diagnose the problem, and I had no guarantee Classic Collision would foot the bill. I subsequently took the car to my trusted mechanic and he diagnosed and fixed the problem in five minutes. Turns out, when the Classic Collision tech removed the tail light assembly, he also unplugged the "Trunk partition" sensor microswitch cable (which is immediately adjacent to the tail light assembly) and never plugged it back in again. When I pointed this out, both the service rep. and the manager continued to deny responsibility for the mishap and became rude and threatening. DO NOT USE THIS BODY SHOP for your auto repairs as they are dishonest, nasty and will not even own up to their mistakes.

From the first visit to sign documents to the completion of the auto body repairs we were treated above my expectations. Everyone is so nice and genuine. My SUV's transmission died & was brought back to him 3 TIMES IN THE FIRST MONTH after the "repair" to have the transmission taken back out to repair AGAIN. Long post, Watch out for this guy blas my palm bay transmission. I dropped my 2012 suburban off to…read morehim on Thursday afternoon after being told I needed a new tranny. I was previously quoted $5300 for a rebuilt from another place. Blas told me no problem I got you i can do it for $1750. Ok great, he says i need a down payment as I am a small business I can't afford to get the tranny i need atleast $900.(i paid $908) I'll have it ready for you by Tuesday afternoon. Yesterday I go by to see how my car is coming along, the shop is closed, I call, text no answer. As I'm sitting in the parking lot a gentleman named don approaches me he tells that blas has screwed him and he was there to get his money back from him. Apparently blas takes the money and hasn't repair other people's cars from the past whom he promised. Don also told me the tranny that was supposedly rebuilt he took elsewhere who showed him the original GM parts in the tranny. Anyways, I left went to the gas station to get a drink called the palm bay police that was a joke, they were like someone will call you back blah blah blah. I go back to the shop blas is there i told him to get my truck out of your shop, he says oh I did it all. I said no you didn't I'm not stupid. All he did was replace a coolant line. I took my truck to someone else who verified that my tranny was never touched. He was going to charge me $3400 to replace a coolant line!!!!!
