No worries Within minutes of me reaching them via Yelp Holly graciously responded and was able to coordinate an appointment within a few hours. During our maintenance we had another unexpected backup and again Keith jumped into Super hero mode and went beyond the call of duty. I literally could go on but mere words are not enough to give praise to this company. In today's world it is very challenging to find good service however my experience with Village Septic was Superior. It is nice to know there are still compassionate souls who will assist anyway possible in a time of need and won't take advantage of the situation. They are truly a rare find ! Thank you Holly and Keith for helping us resolve a devastating situation. You are AMAZING!!!!

Super friendly, explained the situation as they were working and offered recommendations to hopefully stop it from happening again. I will be referring them to everyone I know and would call them back in a heart beat! (But hopefully I don't have to!!) Thanks for making a stressful situation much better!

Our lot is difficult to access in terms of elevation drops and narrow passages, and yet it turned out to be possible thanks to Ed team's skills and what seems to be a really wide range of available machinery. We are very grateful Ed also helped solving a very annoying landscape problem just because he wanted to help out and he happened to have the right machine. It saved lots of time and money for sure.

Rob, our technician knocked on the door, introduced himself and we walked the property back to the location of our septic system. Why builders always place these systems way out back is beyond me. However, Rob jumped on the job, running hoses, and I mean a LOT of hose back to the tank and started the task. Did I mention it was a hot miserable day? Rob finished quickly and cleaned up PERFECTLY! Bay State Sewage is lucky to have a technician of Rob's ability and personality. A good man! One impressive comment I must make, Rob is the first pumpout driver to come onto the property and leave without burying those big dual wheels carrying a lot of weight into the soft spring grass. Not a trace. Rob is a guy who cares about what he does. Kudos! Additionally I need to give a shout out to the office personnel, specifically Caitlin, who had a negative response from our Credit Card. NOT HER FAULT, I forgot to give them a new replacement card number. At the end of a very busy day. Caitlin was patient and understanding in senior citizen memory issues. Great people work at Bay State. Also outstanding pricing. I highly recommend Bay State for all your septic needs.
