I called Profishant after noticing Carpenter Ants in my newly purchased home. Low and behold this led to the discovery of termite activity in the basement, previously unknown. I've dealt with several Technicians coming to my home for the ant treatment, tick and mosquito spraying, and lastly today for the termite inspection. All technicians have been extremely thorough and knowledgeable. Ant activity has all but ceased in the home. Today Kyle and Alex performed a termite inspection that was scheduled after activity was found during the initial Ant treatment. Both were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Luckily termite activity appears to have ceased and existing mud tubes/nest appear old and inactive. Kyle gave a clear estimate of costs and work to be done if preventative termite control would be requested. Very happy with service thus far. Would highly recommend for any pest issues and will be utilizing them in the future. read more

ProCon as a whole, and especially Andrew, were great people to work with. I would have written a review sooner, but did not realize they were on here until recently since I am calling them back for some more help. Late this summer, I had a MASSIVE yellow jacket infestation. Somehow they found a way into my house. I called ProCon, and they were prompt in arriving, and very knowledgeable. The thing I like the best is that Andrew was upfront an honest with me, and didn't try to sell me on a treatment that was overly expensive or not necessary in order to make more money. He was able to identify the problem, offered a great solution to get the yellow jackets away from and OUT from the inside of my house. It is because of this great service that I am reaching out to Andrew again for some additional service. Anyone in the area that needs a pest issue taken care of should stop looking around and choose ProCon for there needs. read more

First , I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I have not met many individuals who know so much about their work, who do their work with so much professionalism and efficiency, and who deliver such outstanding service. Alex is all that. I was apprehensive at first about hiring a pest control service, but now I feel so much better after having Alex apply the first treatment of my year-long service agreement. He is terrific, in a word. Everyone should have the work ethic and intelligence he possesses about his vocation. I've been around for 60-odd years and have had to put up less-than-adequate services for my money at times, so this gentleman and this company are a welcome experience. I look forward to the remaining treatments and the successful elimination of the pests around my home. Alex, thank you. read more

I called Profishant the morning of March 17, 2021 with what I thought was a squirrel in the attic. They sent Kyle out to my house later that afternoon. Needless to say, I was horrified when Kyle informed us that it was a racoon not a squirrel. Kyle's expertise and professionalism with handling this issue was amazing, he set a trap and thoroughly went through the attic reassuring that their were no babies hiding. We appreciated how thorough and kind kyle was in dealing with this problem. I highly recommend this company for Wildlife removal . read more

A squirrel was wrecking havoc in our back hall and attic We could not figure out the point of entry. Kyle was calm, earning our confidence. He familiarized himself with the situation and layout of the house and then went to work, methodically examining every possible entry both inside and out. He identified what was the likely entry and advised us about next steps. He was knowledgeable, well related, and professional. While I wouldn't wish this nightmare on anyone. Profishant is the business to call. Thank you Kyle . Five Stars***** read more

We hired ProCon about a year ago to eliminate a rodent problem in our old garage & yard. They quickly took care of the issue. We have since contracted with them to conduct quarterly maintenance treatments to ensure we are rodent free. We are very pleased with their services and professional staff. They are honest, knowledgeable, courteous, and do not try to sell you products you don't want or need. I especially like they use products that are safe to use with children & pets around.
