We submitted a tow request ticket on the AAA app, and Rapid Recovery Towing arrived at our location in about 18 minutes with a flatbed tow truck. They took pictures of the car before loading it onto the truck. Due to the relatively late hour (as most auto shops close early on the weekends), they couldn't take our car back to Queens, NY right away, but told us they would keep the car in their storage facility overnight and transport the car the next morning to our chosen auto repair shop. Rapid Recovery Towing called the next morning to let us know when they were on the road and their approximate arrival time, followed by another call when they were about 10 minutes away from the auto repair shop. Rapid Recovery Towing had also called the auto repair shop to inform that our car would be arriving, and of the issue with the car.
