The first was when my Christmas cards were not delivered on time, and now this latest issue involved a same-day personalized 24th anniversary card. I was away for the weekend celebrating my anniversary, so I asked my daughter to pick up the card for me. She went in the same day, but staff told her there was a problem with their printer. They said they would call once it was resolved, but no one ever followed up. When we returned home Monday, my daughter had already gone to school. Since Walgreens never contacted us, she later stopped by again to pick up the card. Unfortunately, it still was not ready. This time, she was told I needed to select a different size. She relayed that message to me, but when I went online, there was no option available to choose a different size. As a result, I had to make a card myself on regular paper, which was far less special than what I had originally ordered. After 20 years of using Walgreens for printing services, it is disappointing to see such a decline in reliability and customer service.

When my child's physician requested a list of medications covered by insurance, the pharmacy said they would message back the doctor and never sent the message. I had to wait 2 days for prescription to be filled, got a call that it was ready and came back to pick it up and was told they were out of the medication and that it would be ordered and available the next day. Many problems here, and glad this isn't a life saving medication or we would be in a serious problem. Please get your protocols in place and make customer service a higher priority. After this experience I will use another location in the future.

He told me he does not Want to fill medication for me because I go to different pharmacies and change doctors. He says he refuses to fill any prescription that is a controlled substance which is part of my epilepsy treatment. He was very nasty to me on the phone as well!! I find this to be complete DISCRIMINATION and accusing me of being some kind of drug addict that I'm not!!! I'm going to contact American disability association ADA. This is absolutely ludicrous. I take Tegretol and clonazepam for epileptic seizures. Clonazepam happens to fall onto the controlled substance Category. I've had to fill a couple days early because my doctor told me if I was ever having horrible post- Ictal seizures to take a couple extra pills. It's basically life or death. I highly Recommend to STAY AWAY from this pharmacy!!! If you take a controlled substance or a change pharmacies or doctors you will be profiled as a drug addict. Had two sleeping kids in the car and ordered for curbside pickup. When I arrived and marked myself as "here" on the app I got a notice apologizing and saying curbside pickup is no longer available at this time and to either come in or try again later. I had to wake up my two year old and sleeping infant to bring them inside to get my order. Great. Both kids crying but what do you do... I can't leave them in the car. I get inside, and it's dead quiet. There's three employees just socializing at the pickup counter and Atleast one was wearing a neon colored vest (assuming they were the curbside employee?) Anyway. I don't use curbside pickup because I'm lazy. I use it because I have two little kids. I'll probably just order elsewhere next time I'm here and in need of something.
