I also like that menu displays the tea featured in many of the bubble tea recipes, and the teas stand out within the drinks. This location has limited bench style seating. A great place to grab a refreshing drink to quench your palate while you're shopping.

The mango puree adds a nice slight acidic tone to compliment the sweet coconut cream and sago. The waffle corn dog is a great grazing snack to enjoy with any of their drinks. Fluffy and fresh, there was a slight crunch which offers great textures. I can't wait to be back again for there high quality drinks and snacks!

Interestingly, when we placed our order, we were told that some of the toppings that the menu show are included... are not, and cost extra. Looks like they need to update the menu to avoid this kind of confusion. Also I was curious about their wheel cake and asked them how it looks like. They told me it's like a pancake. Tho to me it looks like a donut with filling? Anyways. I was hoping they would show me an actual wheel cake but they didn't. Once we got our drinks, that took a while even though we were the only ones there -- we also realized that they use powdered flavors and not actual real fruits for their smoothies. That's quite a bummer especially as there's no shortage of competitors that we frequent regularly and enjoy real fruits. There's nice and airy comfy seating area. Service was okay, could be better maybe when the staff gets better training. It was a bit surprising to us that there was no special whatsoever in their soft opening phase. Not do they have a punch card for regular customers. Anyways. Mostly because we have a couple of favorite places nearby already + the fact that they use powdered flavors... not sure we'd be back anytime soon. There are so many fresh fruits in there like orange, apple, passion fruit. Very fresh and refreshing. But you'll need a long fork to get out the fruit if you want to eat them. Shaiku Cane Passion Fruit Green Tea, large $7.25. For lovers of of passion fruit. Sweet Red Bean Sago Milk, large $7.45. Nice fresh red bean and I love Sago. Brown Sugar Pearl Matcha Latte, large $6.95. Typical Brown sugar pearl drink but using matcha adds an interesting twist. I was the only person in the store. I went with a large fresh lime iced tea. I was craving something with lime in it, so this drink was perfect. You can earn points here. I signed up. I paid with a debit card. I tapped and was good. It didn't take long for my drink to be ready. The nice woman who helped me with my order also prepared it. She placed my drink in a plastic bag and included a straw. I thanked her and headed to my car. I immediately needed to take a sip. My drink was double-protected. It had a lid. Underneath, the drink was sealed. Cool! This drink was awesome! The lime flavour was so good. It was refreshing and completely satisfied my lime cravings. I'm so glad that I got a large. I'd be sad getting a regular. This drink totally hit the spot as I continued to run one more errand before heading home. I am fondly looking at my photos of this drink and want one badly. I love desserts like Halo-Halo, Ais Kacang, and Che Ba Mau, and I think if you like these types of desserts then you would like the Signature Grass Jelly Milk Tea at Shuyi. The milk tea was rich and creamy. The toppings were delicious. They give you a lot of grass jelly, which has a soft gelatinous texture. The coconut jelly was firm and chewy. The tapioca (I didn't get very much unfortunately) were softer than a most places, but still chewy and tasty. They were a light yellow colour instead of the usual dark brown. The red beans were soft but not too mushy. The raisins were sweet and chewy. They were golden raisins. The drink did not look as pretty as in their advertisements, lol, but I guess it's the taste that counts. Service was nice and also quick. They share their space with a restaurant called Szechuan Beef Pot. It's in a strip mall with free parking. I would definitely come back to have this drink again. They have a promotion where if it's raining outside, you get buy one get one half price on drinks.

I walked over. I noticed that it has daily specials for $4.99. On Tuesdays, the special is the lychee fruit tea with jelly. Yay! I walked in and was greeted by a nice man. I went ahead and ordered it. I wanted it with no sugar. He let me know that 50% sugar was the minimum. Bummer. I went with this minimum and less ice. It didn't take long for my drink to be ready. I paid with a credit card. I tapped and was done. I thanked him for my drink. I headed to my car to put it in my cupholder. I then headed to the restaurant to pick up my order and returned to my car. I then drove home, sipping on my tea. This lychee fruit tea was refreshing and yummy. It wasn't as sugary as I thought this drink would be at 50%. I loved the jelly and lychee bits in this drink. Only regular drinks on menu could be chosen. A little bit disappointed. So I picked the no. 2 Matcha Zen Trio from the top 10 menu.
