Other than being super kind, every time I come here there's an issue. I'll tell them my name and they'll say they don't have anything called in for me, I'll wait and they'll say someone is checking but now 20 mins have passed. Then somehow they find that something was called in for me, but realistically this shouldn't be such an issue if they were organized. They also don't accept FSA cards. I've been here 3-4 times now and it has never been an in and out experience PLUS they seem to forget that you're there til you have to go up to the counter again and ask for an update. It's just not a great way to get sick people in and out. You can tell the staff is perplexed because information is hard to find, things seem to be everywhere and I can understand why in that environment things get lost. It's just that when part of your customers are sick, you don't want to have them standing around and in a public space, potentially getting other people sick. This might be an okay pharmacy for non immediate matters (like a regular prescription, OTC, etc), but if you need meds for bronchitis, pneumonia or anything where you feel like standing and waiting is taxing on your body, maybe fill somewhere else or if you're lucky, have someone else pick up for you. read more
