They are constantly out of meds, they are unable to locate meds available at other nearby pharmacies. They are basically unable to help in any possible way. Calling is a joke. You will not get through. If you do there is a 1-2 hour wait on hold and you will most likely be told that your med is out of stock. How is this okay?! It was terrible when it was rite aid too...

There is NO HOLD when you call, you can speak to the pharmacist directly, short waits and rarely a line! Also these people seem to have a good dose of humor and humanity still intact. Yes, they have shorter hours. That is about it. If it's not an emergency prescription do yourself a favor and fill it here. I had complained once to a manager because this is a place I would come on a regular and didn't want my visit to be ruined by one rude employee. I gave this cvs a 4 star bc I think the manager was well aware of the problem and the unprofessional environment. The employees I have encountered this past weeks have been GREAT!
