From the reviews I think that most of the time they get it right but my experience was horrible. The locksmith was at my home for close to three hours to re-key four locks. He broke one of them and blamed it on a mistake on what he said was an error made by a previous locksmith. Only problem with his story was the locks were purchased new by the previous home owner and had not been worked on. he resolved the problem by not charging me for the work on that lock. Gee, thanks for not charging me for breaking my lock. I was also charged way over the initial quote I was given on the phone and he tried to run the "my credit card machine is broken so you have to pay me cash" routine on me. Good try. In defense of the actual company that locates the locksmith, they did try to work things out between the locksmith they sent and myself. The proposed resolution was for the same guy to come out and replace the lock with one that was admittedly inferior to the locks on my home. I declined and told them I'd find a reputable locksmith on my own. In the end I don't think the location service is all that bad, just keep in mind the actual work will vary with the locksmith you are assigned. Better to check reviews of actual locksmiths and find a good one on your own.
