I was provided this number by my condo board to get my locks upgraded and replace. I called a few times and followed the prompt and kept getting a voicemail and no return call so two weeks later I called and pressed 0 got a lady who never identified herself I said "your company installed locks" mid sentence the lady just transferred me she did not even let me complete my inquire and transferred be back to the same voicemail that I have been leaving messages on. Went to them because they were recommended by someone. Dropped off my lock that needed a key. I was told I'd get a call later that day or the next morning with info. 48 hours later I had to call them. When I inquired about my key they said they do it at that time (so it appears they had just not done it but only started because I called). They close at 5 so going to pick up my lock was difficult for me. Found a day that I got out of work early. Started calling around 4:40 to make sure all was good. No one answered at any point between 4:40 and 5:00. Arrived a couple of minutes before 5 and they were long gone. So now I'm forced to make another trip to Elizabeth to get this key. read more
