The first time, the person who cuts keys was out to lunch. The second time, nobody was available. The third time, only one person could do it, but he was working on another car, and the staff couldn't even provide an estimated wait time -- whether it would be 10 minutes or over an hour. Each visit also involved waiting more than 20 minutes just to speak with someone because the staff was tied up with other projects. I understand being short-staffed, but after three unsuccessful trips, it's becoming very frustrating.

I go to the dealership (stupid me) and they're talking over $1600 for an ignition switch alone! I called a few other locksmith places, and everyone wanted to just gouge me. I stumbled on Liberty via Yelp. When I called, they gave me a price and said they could be there the same day. The tech was at my house within two hours of my call, he said it might take him an hour or an hour and a half. He was done in less than 50 mins. So, this is what I got: Steering column disassembled and repaired with a NEW key for $373.19 all in. He told me he could give me a deal and make a 2nd key on the spot for $100, or I could go back to the shop at any time, and they'll charge me $150. Considering all of the crazy pricing I got from other places, the price Liberty charged me, how fast they got there and fixed the problem - was all well worth it.
