They installed a 2021 instead of a recent one- we saw the label after it was installed the next day. During the install after they put everything back together, my valve was now (cracked) leaking. It was working perfectly fine before they replaced the filter. They put silicone on it, and that didn't work. When I reached out about the valve still leaking . . He said it needed to get replaced and they were going to charge me to replace the valve that they broke. We ended up calling a different company to come out and replace the valve.

We had our pool done in Sept of 2009 a d due to this company not providing us or following proper…read moreindustry guidelines we had to have our pool redone in 2020 due to our pool delaminating. There is a specific process that needs to be followed for 30 days after plastering a pool. The pool needs to remain open for 30 days, needs to be brushed twice a day and chemicals need to be checked regularly. He closed our pool one week after replastering which led to the pool delaminating(plaster coming off) because a good bond was never established. When we contacted the owner he said " Our pool had a bad shell" if he k ew the shell was as he says "bad" then why would he have plastered over it. He refused to stand by his work. He was rude and unprofessional. We had a specialist come out and were told why the delamination occurred and said "we were given a raw deal and it's contractors like him that give the industry a bad name. We had to have the entire pool redone in 2020. When replastering is done correctly it should last 15-20 years. The joint also had to be redone due to him not using the proper material. The joint shrunk, no backing was used which led to the possibility of water getting under the pool. He should be ashamed of his work!!!
