Five weeks ago, we met with company representatives, who gave every indication that the company would be able to help us. Over the next five weeks, we made repeated follow-up calls and received little to no communication. Only after another call yesterday did the owner finally respond, and the interaction was extremely unprofessional. My wife was told to "be quiet," that they were not going to help us, and to "forget about us" and find someone else. A company has every right to decline a project, but there is no excuse for ignoring a disabled client for weeks and then responding in such a disrespectful and dismissive manner. Very disappointing experience.

The same attitude carry through to his 2nd in command Josh. He is nice at first but then becomes an Arrogant individual to deal with. I know several homeowners who have gotten rid of him because of his attitude and lack of returning calls. One in particular ... Tom cursed out. I would caution you About using Tom and USA pulls and highly suggest looking for other pool builders and weekly . Once I switch companies the new service company found so many issues with equipment that they install that was wired incorrectly shortcuts. Proceed at your own risk.

In fall of 2024 when they closed my pool they did not clean the filter again. This time I called them right away and told them to just do it in the spring. In May oy 2024 they came back and cleaned the filter, after I reminded them of our conversation in the fall. They sent me a bill for $50.00 for a return call. They store is les than 2 miles from my house. the will not cancel the bill. To day I will write them a check BUT never use them again for anything.

They even have a karaoke night every few weeks. The building is well maintained and constructed of reinforced concrete. Don't even consider a unit in a Dryvit building such as Ocean Club or an aging building with a failing masonry facade like the Ritz. The Enclave will now compete with any building along the boardwalk. The difference between AC/Ventnor high rises versus Margate is the boardwalk. You are within walking distance to everything including a quick stroll to a casino for dinner, show or to lose a few dollars. This building has a nice rooftop view area, indoor pool and hot tubs as well as sun chairs and awesome fitness center. There are quite a few studios for sale and there are 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units as well. If you're searching for boardwalk condominiums the Enclave should be on your list.
