However the strict no children after 2 pm rule was a god send (can we stop bringing children to AC?) and security is on it. Over the next five weeks, we made repeated follow-up calls and received little to no communication. Only after another call yesterday did the owner finally respond, and the interaction was extremely unprofessional. My wife was told to "be quiet," that they were not going to help us, and to "forget about us" and find someone else. A company has every right to decline a project, but there is no excuse for ignoring a disabled client for weeks and then responding in such a disrespectful and dismissive manner. Very disappointing experience.
