I have retractable awnings at my shore house property. In the fall the awnings were covered but…read morenot removed as these awnings are not able to be removed. In the spring we removed the awning covers and found that the valance (very small piece of material at the very bottom of the awning had been removed. I contacted OC awning and they reinstalled the tiny piece of material measuring about 5 inches wide to the bottom of my 2 awnings. I was charged 171.00 to reattach the tiny valance. It took a couple of minutes to reattach as witnessed by by neighbor. A full set of removable awnings is 211.00 to completely reattach entire awnings, poles and hardware. This is a much, much bigger job than I had done. Originally OC awning was going to charge me 223.00 to attach my tiny valances but they did agree to reduce my price to 171.00. The cost I was charged for this was completely out of line with the actual work involved in completing it. This is a brand new owner and it appears they do value being fair or ethical with their customers. I strongly recommend if you are looking to buy or service awnings in the Ocean City area that you do not consider this company.

I asked for two extra grommets, install in the fabric and to replace the rusted hooks with new. I told them I'd buy the stainless steel hooks. I agreed to pay in full upon Weston promise to rectify. Both brothers do not live to their word .
