When others wouldn't come out in the rain, Drew didn't think twice about him and a co-worker coming out right away to assess the situation which put not only my mind at ease but our tenants also. It was much appreciated. Drew also followed up and answered any and all questions. The work was completed as soon as the weather cleared within the same week. Their pricing was fair and straightforward. I would recommend to anyone.

Just a shot note to express our appreciation for the way in which our recent purchase of…read morereplacement windows and a new roof from your company was handled. Your sales "spiel" was low pressure---and we liked that! When you're making a large purchase, you don't want to feel "badgered" into making a decision. You gave us all the facts regarding the products and how the installations would be done. We were particularly concerned how the old roofing material would be removed so as not to damage our plants and trees. You assured us that the workmen would cover everything with tarps to prevent any damages. The roofing and window replacement crews did excellent jobs, didn't damage anything and cleaned up before leaving. It was a pleasurable experience from start to finish and you can be assured that we will enthusiastically recommend your company to any and all who are in need of your services. Again, thanks for your professionalism. Sincerely, Celeste and David Platt

well, it started out good, when they wanted my money, but then, after I requested that they fix one…read moreshingle, they pretended to care and eventually, after multiple phone calls, they said they would send someone to my home. Well, they did, but the guy showed up without a ladder. Imagine that, a roofer without a ladder? How was he going to fix my roof shingle (one shingle that was sticking up)? I have a video clip of the guy walking my properly and staring up at the roof and then he left, but did absolutely nothing. Multiple text messages, phone calls, no satisfaction whatsover. I only wish that I had seen the negative posts on Yelp. My neighbor used them and had no issues, so I thought I had nothing to worry about. They have ghosted me big time. Now I have to report them to better business bureau and I have to wonder if they will actually honor the contract warranty. Might have to take them to court if something goes wrong with my roof. I'm usually not that trusting with very many contractors, but since one of my neighbors had a good experience, we decided to trust this man, Jose Orellano. I kept trying to be nice with the text messages and phone calls, being very polite. Long story, but please, please, do not use this company. Go with Frank Vincent Roofing and Siding. They may be more, but their reputation is great. Our price was somewhere in the middle, so we didn't cheap out and go with the lowest price. I've been trying to reach him since the beginning of October to fix one shingle that I have a concern about. (I don't want high winds or heavy storms to affect my roof). It's a simple fix, which, if they were paying attention, it could have been done properly while they were up on the roof. Again, do not use ORELLANO ROOFING! Only used them, you want to get aggravated and ghosted by their lack of customer service and shoddy work.
