I had an extremely disappointing experience with World Roofing. They installed a roof for me, and the final cost ended up being much higher than what was initially agreed upon. Shortly after the installation, I encountered multiple leakage problems. I called several times asking them to come and check it, but they completely ignored my requests and never showed up. When I finally managed to get the owner on the phone, he was incredibly rude and dismissive. They do not offer any guarantees, and the quality of their work is atrocious. Interestingly, they were very polite when it came to receiving payment, but the service itself was significantly delayed. To make matters worse, when issues arose just a week after installation, the owner was rude again and never came to inspect or fix the problems. I do not recommend World Roofing to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and look for a more reliable company. read more

My home still had the original windows which had been worn out over the years to the point they wouldn't properly close. I shopped around and received quotes from 3 businesses. World Roofing offered the most competitive quote. I decided to take a chance and I'm glad I did. Their professionalism and solid customer service was demonstrated from start to finish. They were easy to communicate with and were responsive to all my questions/concerns. In addition, the timeframe they gave me for the job completion was accurate. Just had World Roofing replace my roof and wow they did an absolute fantastic job! My neighbors came over asking me for the name and number of our roofer. Charlie and team (Sean) were professional, courteous, worked nonstop and our project shows that. Charlie even came out the next day to inspect everything ensuring the job was completed correctly (checking ice/water shields, all the flashing etc). Most impressive was their cleanup especially since my roof was put on during a bout of 50 mph winds which blew debris all over the yard!
