well, it started out good, when they wanted my money, but then, after I requested that they fix one shingle, they pretended to care and eventually, after multiple phone calls, they said they would send someone to my home. Well, they did, but the guy showed up without a ladder. Imagine that, a roofer without a ladder? How was he going to fix my roof shingle (one shingle that was sticking up)? I have a video clip of the guy walking my properly and staring up at the roof and then he left, but did absolutely nothing. Multiple text messages, phone calls, no satisfaction whatsover. I only wish that I had seen the negative posts on Yelp. My neighbor used them and had no issues, so I thought I had nothing to worry about. They have ghosted me big time. Now I have to report them to better business bureau and I have to wonder if they will actually honor the contract warranty. Might have to take them to court if something goes wrong with my roof. I'm usually not that trusting with very many contractors, but since one of my neighbors had a good experience, we decided to trust this man, Jose Orellano. I kept trying to be nice with the text messages and phone calls, being very polite. Long story, but please, please, do not use this company. Go with Frank Vincent Roofing and Siding. They may be more, but their reputation is great. Our price was somewhere in the middle, so we didn't cheap out and go with the lowest price. I've been trying to reach him since the beginning of October to fix one shingle that I have a concern about. (I don't want high winds or heavy storms to affect my roof). It's a simple fix, which, if they were paying attention, it could have been done properly while they were up on the roof. Again, do not use ORELLANO ROOFING! Only used them, you want to get aggravated and ghosted by their lack of customer service and shoddy work. read more

Let me start by saying this this company works with you on your time. And the communication was excellent. Always keeping you up to date and answers back to you super fast. Enrique was able to set an appointment on my busy time frame, showed up on time and did not try to up-sell you like other companies. My roof had been leaking for apparently awhile now. He assesed the damage and worked out the quote. He let me pick the shingles I wanted and didnt try to get me to go with higher priced ones. I was real comfortable hiring Orellsna's Roofing. Install day was push a day due to rain but still kept me next on the schedule. I live in Pa and my roof was being done in NJ. I didn't need to be there for any part of it. His workers dot the job done cleaned up and hauled away everything. Enrique kept me in the loop through the process sending me pics of the tear down and damaged I had. I came down to see it and the job donw was better than I expected. I was overall pleased from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them (and already have) to anyone who need their service. I choose Orellanas on price and the professional demeanor of Enrique. The first wind damage happened shortly after the new roof installation. After several calls and emails, I finally got a response from Jose Orellanas and the crew showed up to make the repair. At that time I questioned the crew supervisor about gluing down the ridge cap shingles in addition to nailing, since they were installed with seams facing the prevailing wind instead of being faced to the leeward. He said not to worry. Tropical storm Isaias hit us and the exact same area failed in addition to shingles on the main roof. The front ridge area was open to the elements and rain had wet the attic insulation. I called Jose on that day and could not leave a message due to the mailbox being full. I sent a detailed email requesting emergency service to close the open area on the roof I have heard NOTHING from Orellanas to this day! (8/6/2020) I had to get another roofer to do the repairs to prevent additional rain damage to my home. I have changed my mind about this company; the work, obviously,was not to the professional level I was led to believe. Additionally they breached the 5 year warranty. I called Orellana's Roofing after searching on Yelp (my first time) and I'm glad I did. This company is very professional. Enrique called me back immediately. I told him we were in the process of buying a home in LBI and it was in need of a new roof. I gave him the information and by the end of the day, Enrique e-mailed me an estimate and photos of the roof. He also gave me a separate estimate for siding which the house needed as well.
