As needed, the contract was amended as we went along. Communication. This was extremely important to me. My communications with the owner and his on-site worker/supervisor and the administrator, were unique in that we all were always on the same page. To sum up. They prepped and painted two rooms, including the baseboards, trim and ceiling. They replaced and painted a set of closet doors and replaced the rickety attic stairs. Our front door project was one that my wife and I had been dreaming of for over 15 years, so…read morechoosing the door and the contractor was a very big decision for us. We chose Shane and Clear Vision Renovations because they were highly recommended by a friend. When the old door was finally removed, Shane and Mike had pointed out rotten wood around the door frame, and also rotten and moldy wood underneath of where the front door sat and also just inside of the front door where water had been coming through for years. Shane and Mike fixed everything. And replaced all rotted and damaged wood to brand new condition. The company we ordered the door from did not do their calculations correctly so the storm door was not going to be a possibility which was very upsetting because that was part of our dream to have the front door open and have fresh air coming through the screen on the storm door during nice weather. Shane and Mike made the impossible possible by building a custom build out with custom trim so that the storm door would fit into place and our door looks magnificent!!! Shane and his father Mike and their company Clear Vision made my wife and I 15 year long dream into a beautiful reality. I can't thank and recommend Clear Vision Renovations enough. I used Gravity Flow in May of 2020. They did a good job installing my system. The problem came…read moreafter they got payed. I have a sidewalk that is now sinking where they dug underneath the sidewalk. There was a large tree which they removed. But when they backfilled, they didn't fill and"pack" the dirt in underneath the sidewalk. so in 2023, my granddaughter twisted her ankle in a hole next to the sidewalk. I looked at the hole and tried to fill it in. It didn't pack very well so I put a rock in it and called Gravity Flow/ Ken Dorney to let them know about the hole. In the spring of 2024 , my daughter fell in another hole. I called again. Each time they said I'd be put on a list to fix problems. NOTHING. No call, no nothing. So in 2025 I started to call concrete companies for estimates. Bottom line- don't pay them off till you're completely satisfied with the job. THEY WON'T COME BACK.
