    I contacted Dan, the technician, to troubleshoot my printer. He came to my residence, diagnosed…read morethe problem, and informed me that the roller that grabs the paper needed to be replaced. I paid the service charge of $85.00. When he returned with the part, I was charged another $85.00 for a service charge plus the cost of the part. I explained I understood the service charge to be a one-time charge not a charge for him to come out and another service upon returning to install the part. Everyone else I contacted informed me there would be a one-time service charge to include coming out to diagnose the problem and if they had to return because a part was needed. We negotiated the amount and I paid $125.00. The following day, I tried the printer only to discover the roller he installed was still not grabbing the paper. I called Dan and he told me he would come out the next day. The next day came, and Dan did not show or call. I called him again; he apologized and informed me he would come out after 5pm. Again, another no show. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of communication and honesty, not to mention the out-of-pocket expense of $210.00 for a printer that is not working. I would caution anyone who is considering utilizing the services of FixitNow to think twice and make sure you get the particulars in writing. Also, do not use Zelle and I did, as there is no recourse. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I really appreciated the communication and price transparency. He came in a large Mercedes van with all of the necessary equipment. He was super nice and friendly, gave me a fair price and completely fixed the issue in less than 20 minutes. I also asked him if he could add a screen protector that I had purchased on Amazon and he did it at no charge and was very friendly about it. I would absolutely use the service again and I highly recommend it.

    I went to the Apple Store in Aventura Mall because my iPhone 15 was repeatedly turning on for only…read morea few minutes and then restarting. It was also showing me a "plug into computer" logo when I tried to turn on the phone, which indicated that it needed the computer to turn on. I went to the Apple Store for help because I did not have my MacBook with me. When I arrived desperate to fix it, because I am on vacation with no access to my personal information without a phone, I plugged it into one of their display Macs to try to update it. The staff understandably questioned what I was doing and initially wouldn't help because I didn't have an appointment. I explained that I was traveling, had no access to my banking, flight info, or navigation apps, and needed immediate help if possible. I couldn't go a day in a city I don't live in without a phone. They then kindly took my phone to the back. I do appreciate them doing this, and trying to fit me in. But after waiting over an hour with no update, I finally asked them what the status was of my phone. I was told it was a logic board issue and that I would need to buy a new phone or pay hundreds in repairs. My phone, which had been turning on for short periods before, is now completely unusable and stuck in recovery mode after whatever the staff did to it in the back. Now it is not turning on at all. It never did this before it was handled by the staff Now my phone is completely unusable, stuck in recovery mode and not turning on at all, which it was not like that before. This left me stranded without access to critical apps and information while on vacation. I understand hardware issues can happen, but the lack of clear solutions or support and leaving me without a working phone was extremely frustrating and stressful. This experience was very disappointing, especially given the high cost and reliance on Apple devices.

    I have to say this is one of the nicest Apple Stores I've been to. Of course the service is top…read morenotch as in all their stores. We were sent upstairs where there was no wait and were helped immediately. They have all items in stock which is really nice not to have to wait.
