When my turn came I went back with the tech who was so surly she couldn't be bothered to say good morning, what arm do you want to use, get ready for a prick, etc. she jabbed the needle in so hard that I'm still very busied two days later. I have never even had a mark after a blood draw. Absolutely zero humanity. Also, their restroom for urine samples is in the middle of the waiting room. Awkward, sad, unprofessional. Not the normal PDL.

Well this one is inside a pharmacy in a little strip mall in Montecito. The office was run entirely by a polite and, as it turned out, a wonderfully skilled phlebotomist. She took me without an appointment, helped me sign in, and then quickly did the blood draw and sent me on my way. She runs the whole operation herself, alone, and does an amazing job. The whole process took about 15 minutes and I left there feeling like I had gotten no nonsense good old fashioned good service. And I'm a cranky, somewhat cynical old nurse with a low tolerance for bad patient care. Wow, was I impressed and pleased. I will definitely come back here again if needed. Thank you most sincerely and please give this woman a raise. You need to hang on to her.

I tried to contact the customer service 800 number, but there was no way to speak with anyone to ask what's going on. Also, the mobile app wasn't working right, even after updating it. Pueblo Radiology got us in on an emergency basis, but there was an insurance snafu. Fortunately, the supervisor, Andriana, very patiently and most professionally worked with us to resolve the issue extremely well! She provided daily updates as she worked the issue with insurance. Simply, this was the most surprising, professional, caring and timely customer service we've received in years! We have no real way to judge the excellence of the radiologists there (we suspect they're great, too), but we can tell you based on personal experience that Andriana/Pueblo Radiology provide next-level customer service to their patients! They certainly did for us in very anxious circumstances!

I reached out again and they said this is your deductible YET my insurance told me to reach out to Pueblo's billing function to rebill IN network???? I had to escalate through my work and united healthcare because they didn't understand their mistake.
