Both the dental hygienist and Dr. Bowman were incredibly friendly, gentle, and informative. You can tell Dr. Bowman is very passionate about his job and really cares about his patients. The office is very clean and up-to-date. I had no pain with either visit- something new to my dental history. Normally when getting a filling, I have to grunt for more anesthesia while the dentist's fumbling around in my mouth and pinching my cheek with his instruments. I cracked my wisdom tooth, and was having excruciating pain. They were able to get me in 3 days later (my choice because of work), although they were available to get me in the day after I called. I had Dr. Sahil Vasa, and omg what a great and calming experience. I've never had a tooth pulled, so I was VERY anxious, scared, and crying. He came in, very calm, and talked me through the whole experience. I had questions that he answered calmly & thoroughly. I made a good choice coming here, and definitely lucked out getting him as a dentist. His assistant, Kentral, was just as calming & welcoming. She talked to me the whole time, and took my mind off the tooth pulling. When I was finished, all the ladies in the office were so kind helping me check out. My tot was instantly drawn to it (so was I). The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The examination area is a childs dream. I also loved the toothy stuffed unicorn. Dr. Arpita was warm and kind and seemed genuinely concerned. I explained to her why i was dissatisfied with my son's previous dentist and what my concerns were, and she addressed each one. Dr. Arpita confirmed that there were cavities forming but they were in the beginning stages and there was no need for any procedures yet. She informed me that we should continue to brush and observe and reassess in 6 months. She assured me if a procedure needed to be done then she would give me all the option. Oh and best of all they use a laser and not a drill dig out the cavity! I was so relieved. So thankful. I have found my sons new dentist!
