It's the kind of place that just makes you smile the second you step inside. They even have fully stocked fridges (including Diet Dr. Pepper which is my favorite!), which was such a fun and thoughtful touch. But what truly made this experience unforgettable was Lisa. She created such a warm, safe, and welcoming environment where I immediately felt at ease. You can tell she genuinely cares about every person who walks through her door. Our conversation meant so much to me, and her kindness and openness are something I'll never forget. Lisa was a gem and made sure to talk through all my options to really make sure that all my concerns were addressed. The inside of this place is also gorgeous and profusely clean. They have a nipple covers, hair ties, nose plugs, chapstick, anything you could need in the room, PLUS snacks and drinks in the waiting area. I did have a tiny bit rub off on the inside of my white dresses throughout the weekend, but I sweat like no one else so I am sure that is the cause. The rub off will come out very easily though with dry cleaning and preservation so not concerned a bit. All in all, I will only be coming to Southern Tan Orlando from now on to be tan and glowy!

The girl at the counter was very friendly and got the line down really fast. I felt that this facility was clean and well kept. I tanned in a level 1 bed. The room was clean. I appreciate the locations that do provide spray deodorant, which is a plus. I tanned the full 15 minutes. All the fans worked and really put out some air. There was also a radio connected to the bed if you wished to listen to music. There were lots of rooms so it can handle a large number of people at this location. All in all, I was pleased to check out this location and plan to be back. I have tanned at South Beach Tanning for close to 10 years and it's been great.

If you ever looked behind the beds they were full of trash - literally; paper towel wads, lotion packets, towels. I cannot tell you how many times I was put in a room that when you'd turn on the bed youd see tons of smeared lotion all over like it hadn't been wiped down all day. And (with a couple exceptions) the chicks at the counter cannot handle any task outside the scope of pressing the button to start your beds timer. Everything has to go thru their manager who is never available and doesn't return messages. I met her one time and sweet jesus is she a moron. I don't know what was worse, the press on nails and layers of makeup or watching her eat up the attention of some creepy old loitering man that spent ten minutes blocking the counter and never raised his eyes above her neckline. It was like an episode of married with Children was airing right in front of me. Nauseating. This establishment is nothing short of tragic, and I can't wait to check it out under more competent ownership.

Another non benefit with this cheap experience is no longer able to store lotion. Customer service clearly not a priority. Skimming a bit too much off the top which I would guess is not worth it when considering customers that have been coming long term and don't appreciate the bare bones treatment. These type of changes are a bad look and not worth it to sustain satisfaction to at least be able to wipe our hands, feet from the spray. Whoever made these dumb decisions for such low cost cuts should lose their job. Shame - not worth it
