However, the way she spoke to me about it was off-putting and escalated the situation. I decided I wanted to cancel and she told me I have to pay first. Then told me she would send it to collections if I didn't. Left my eye wear on the counter to go outside I call corporate... (ended up having to email) but girl decided to throw them away and refused to retrieve. In the end - customer service helped me cancel my membership with no attempt to resolve or rectify the disposal of my eyewear. Will never return.

Gorgeous tan, at first…read more... + Stars - Easy to find. Plenty of parking, as the Winter Park Fitness club houses this wee spray tan facility + Stars - Very sweet tanning lady. Charlie the owner is lovely, very kind. + Stars - Great price ($25) But.... I have had many a spray tan. I am addicted to it, going maybe once a month back in LA. And I have to say, that though this tan looked pretty great to start, it faded weird. The whole process of getting a custom airbrush tan like this is pretty personal. You are in your underwear (wear a tiny thong, and not your favorite - black is good - as they will get stained otherwise), topless (if you want, but if not, you will have strap lines). You get sprayed from head to toe and every spot you forgot you had, front to back and then again (2x). Then you are blown dry with a blow dryer. What I didn't like so very much about this experience was not a big deal: it was a little cold in the room for me. Ok, no biggie. But the way the tan aged/faded was not good. I had some patchy coloration, and the hands and feet stayed noticeably darker. So I had to loofah them a bit. But then, about 4 days later, I notice some patchy fading on my thighs, near the groin but not where my legs touched. Also, I have had most of my tans last 3 weeks at least. This one was pretty much gone by 2 weeks. That didn't bum me out though, as I was spending time in the sun by that point - but the patchy fading that I had to fix on my own, well.... It was just kind of odd. I really liked Charlie, though, and I thought she was very skilled, so I wonder if it was the product? Anyhow, I would go back again as she was a sweetheart and the tan did look great at first. General Airbrush Tanning Rules (FYI): 1) Exfoliate well the day you are going, get all that dry skin off - try a shower scrub with sugar 2) Come to the tan in flip flops, a g-string under everything, super loose clothes in DARK color (prob not time to wear your "fav" outfit) 3) Moisturize your hands, feet, elbows, knees very well before you go 4) Shower before but DO NOT take a shower for at least 10 hours after the tan

I flew in from California, got sprayed by Lauren when I arrived, then decided I needed a fresh glow before heading to Miami for my cruise. Enter Lisa! Lauren was out of town, but Lisa swooped in like the tanning fairy goddess she is. She had literally just gotten home from her own vacation, I don't even think she'd made it home yet, and still squeezed me into her schedule before my long drive. That kind of customer service is impossible to find. Lisa was every bit as amazing as Lauren. My tan is flawless, natural, streak free, and has me looking like I actually spend my life on a yacht instead of surviving airport layovers. She made the whole experience so comfortable and easy. These ladies don't just give incredible spray tans, they genuinely care about their clients. If you're debating where to go, STOP LOOKING. Southern Tan is absolutely worth it, and I'll definitely be back the next time Florida calls my name!

I did two rapid spray tans with Ashely and was extremely satisfied with the results. She was fantastic. She talked me through the process, made sure I was using the right products at home to have the results last, and made me feel extremely comfortable the entire process. They now have tattoo sticks to protect your art Very clean inside. plenty of beds to chose from.. To the awesome ibed which actually sprays aroma therapy scent lol.. To spray on tans, stand up beds, and various other lay down beds.. Prices to fit every ones budget too. They have monthy packages from $13, unlimited tanning. Or just buy a package for $50 and use your tans when you want. If you go once a month it'll last you a year.. Actually i think the $50 is for 5. But either way.. You can find something to match your budget if you wanted. The staff here is really friendly as well.. They have plenty of tanning lotion to pick from but nothing with spf in it.. So if your tattooed maybe grab some high spf from walmart or something.. They do have a lotion for people with tattoos.. But the spf is really low.. I think its around 10 or something.
