I flew in from California, got sprayed by Lauren when I arrived, then decided I needed a fresh glow before heading to Miami for my cruise. Enter Lisa! Lauren was out of town, but Lisa swooped in like the tanning fairy goddess she is. She had literally just gotten home from her own vacation, I don't even think she'd made it home yet, and still squeezed me into her schedule before my long drive. That kind of customer service is impossible to find. Lisa was every bit as amazing as Lauren. My tan is flawless, natural, streak free, and has me looking like I actually spend my life on a yacht instead of surviving airport layovers. She made the whole experience so comfortable and easy. These ladies don't just give incredible spray tans, they genuinely care about their clients. If you're debating where to go, STOP LOOKING. Everything was immaculately clean and perfectly decorated.. pink touches everywhere, gorgeous floral wallpaper, fun neon signs, and the most inspiring quotes for women that instantly lift your mood. It's the kind of place that just makes you smile the second you step inside. They even have fully stocked fridges (including Diet Dr. Pepper which is my favorite!), which was such a fun and thoughtful touch. But what truly made this experience unforgettable was Lisa. She created such a warm, safe, and welcoming environment where I immediately felt at ease. You can tell she genuinely cares about every person who walks through her door. Our conversation meant so much to me, and her kindness and openness are something I'll never forget. I also had the sweetest surprise getting to meet her adorable dog, Abbie, who is just full of love and completely stole my heart! This visit went far beyond just getting a PERFECT spray tan... it felt healing in a way I didn't expect. After a difficult season in my life, this was a big step for me, and Lisa made it feel not only safe, but beautiful. Charlie the owner is lovely, very kind. + Stars - Great price ($25) But.... I have had many a spray tan. I am addicted to it, going maybe once a month back in LA. And I have to say, that though this tan looked pretty great to start, it faded weird. The whole process of getting a custom airbrush tan like this is pretty personal. You are in your underwear (wear a tiny thong, and not your favorite - black is good - as they will get stained otherwise), topless (if you want, but if not, you will have strap lines). You get sprayed from head to toe and every spot you forgot you had, front to back and then again (2x). Then you are blown dry with a blow dryer. What I didn't like so very much about this experience was not a big deal: it was a little cold in the room for me. Ok, no biggie. But the way the tan aged/faded was not good. I had some patchy coloration, and the hands and feet stayed noticeably darker. So I had to loofah them a bit. But then, about 4 days later, I notice some patchy fading on my thighs, near the groin but not where my legs touched. Also, I have had most of my tans last 3 weeks at least. This one was pretty much gone by 2 weeks. That didn't bum me out though, as I was spending time in the sun by that point - but the patchy fading that I had to fix on my own, well.... It was just kind of odd. I really liked Charlie, though, and I thought she was very skilled, so I wonder if it was the product? Anyhow, I would go back again as she was a sweetheart and the tan did look great at first. General Airbrush Tanning Rules (FYI): 1) Exfoliate well the day you are going, get all that dry skin off - try a shower scrub with sugar 2) Come to the tan in flip flops, a g-string under everything, super loose clothes in DARK color (prob not time to wear your "fav" outfit) 3) Moisturize your hands, feet, elbows, knees very well before you go 4) Shower before but DO NOT take a shower for at least 10 hours after the tan

Another non benefit with this cheap experience is no longer able to store lotion. Customer service clearly not a priority. Skimming a bit too much off the top which I would guess is not worth it when considering customers that have been coming long term and don't appreciate the bare bones treatment. These type of changes are a bad look and not worth it to sustain satisfaction to at least be able to wipe our hands, feet from the spray. Whoever made these dumb decisions for such low cost cuts should lose their job. Shame - not worth it

I'm usually very skeptical about reviews, especially many many positive ones (places that have 300+ just don't seem like they are organically left) so I felt it was hard to find someone new to trust. My biggest fear is encountering someone who goes for the giant long brooms that look like fuzzy caterpillars. My second fear was that the lashes would look very crazy with too much curl making them so fake looking. I am of Asian descent and my lashes point down and are very straight. Val not only suggested a reasonable length with an explanation why, she also had L curl lashes in supply and used both those and another curl type to create a really beautiful look. I look and feel great in them. Her isolation skills are great. And retention is very very good. When it comes to lash extensions, some lashes look too crazy in person and look nice on photos. But the way Val does lashes allows you to look and feel beautiful in real life and in photos. I love that.
