The only reason that I am giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is because I called five separate times in the last week to get some information from them and I was never able to get through to a human or leave a message. This was a bit frustrating since I really wasn't interested in driving somewhere just to get their hours or pricing. I did however learn that they are closed on Sundays and have three different pricing tiers. They have 3 types of tanning beds, one more expensive than the next. You can buy 1 tan, 5 tans, 10 tans, or a month of unlimited tans with a price point based on the type of bed you choose. I think they are fair in price for the area but a little more expensive than others in more populated regions. The owner did assure me that she frequently changes the bulbs and keeps everything incredibly clean. I plan to try it out again.

I have complained about it before... long before the merge and many other customers apparently have as well, yet nothing seems to improve. However, the way she spoke to me about it was off-putting and escalated the situation. I decided I wanted to cancel and she told me I have to pay first. Then told me she would send it to collections if I didn't. Left my eye wear on the counter to go outside I call corporate... (ended up having to email) but girl decided to throw them away and refused to retrieve. In the end - customer service helped me cancel my membership with no attempt to resolve or rectify the disposal of my eyewear. Will never return.
