Obviously, there is a fee for boxes and envelopes, but they are in line with what you would pay at other package stores/USPS so I'd say that they are reasonable on prices. Also, if you need copies, they have several copy machines available so you can get duplicates of those important documents. The agent was very helpful with showing me how to work the kiosk. He was also courteous with answering some questions about their services. Even when it is really busy, they immediately acknowledge you when you walk in and try to help as quickly as possible. This is the only FedEx location that I will visit. Make sure you park the fedex labeled spots in the lot. If you park in the middle of the lot, you have to pay and they are always right there watching to ticket you. There are plenty of spaces right on the side. Just make sure it is one of the fedex customer parking spots.
