They do run out of items and seem to have certain rules that don't apply to other locations. They do get drink orders wrong and seem genuinely surprised when asked to correct an item. Unfortunately this location is often the most convenient for me. They do seem to have made some improvement lately. However I do think that a new speaker system in the drive-thru might solve a lot of problems. It might also benefit them to reward employees for short service times at the drive-thru window.

Instead, I waited 35 minutes. The three employees on shift were too busy bickering with each other to focus on service. I wasn't even acknowledged until they finished the drive-thru orders. When they finally took my order, they were slow, disorganized, and forgot items along the way. The whole experience threw off my schedule for the day. Sadly, I don't think I'll be returning to this location. Thirty-five minutes for a basic order--with no crowd and food already prepared--is simply unacceptable.
