Before the big day, we were able to plan (music-wise) everything that was important to us, and the packet that you fill out ensures no details are missed. In short, JPW Productions should be your choice for any/all DJ needs. Thanks again, guys!

We had our reception at…read moreCog Hill Golf & Country Club in Lemont, and the venue recommended him as one of their favorite DJs who plays there often for weddings. A family friend whose daughter got married at Cog Hill a few years ago used Jon Wise, and they strongly recommended him. So, after we booked our venue, JPW Productions was actually the first vendor we hired! We were really busy with last-minute wedding planning, so we were not able to fill out the music preference questionnaire until a few days before the wedding. (Yes, it was honestly insanity.) Jon was SO patient with us despite how last-minute we are. He has a great personality and didn't stress us out at all on the day of the wedding (even though it was totally within his right to do so because we didn't give him the flash drive of a certain version of a song until the day of!). Even though we filled out a list of songs we wanted played, I gave him creative control to play songs that would get people out on the dancefloor. And he did just that! Even though we only had under 140 people at the wedding, the dancefloor was hopping. We got feedback from guests that they loved the variety in the songs the DJ played. Jon did a great job of checking in with us and making sure the speeches were timed how we wanted them to be. We really appreciated it. Thank you for helping make our wedding such a success!

He was very easy to work with and he made our ceremony and reception flow FLAWLESSLY! He kept the energy high and the dance floor full all night long! He had all the songs we requested and I'm pretty sure he got through most of them! We purchased the "so fresh, so clean" package and added on the unattended Photo Booth! If there was one thing we would change is we would have gotten the attendant to help with the photo booth process, but that was on us. DJ Suavesmooth customized our photo booth logo to match our vibes and colors, it was absolutely perfect! He brought all the props and the setup was fitting for our crowd. It was comforting knowing we had a knowledgeable DJ with so much experience and professionalism, his crowd work is insane! We even received a highlight video from him a few days after, allowing us to relive our most incredible day. We would choose DJ Suavesmooth everytime around! Charizma Entertainment sent us a link to create our perfect timeline, add our songs requests, and to include artists/song on our no play list all in one place. Wedding Review. We…read morerecently used MDM Entertainment for hung bistro lights in our wedding reception space at Walden Chicago. We were extremely impressed with the company's professionalism throughout the entire planning process! From the staff who answered our emails to those that hung up the lights the day of, everyone was extremely helpful and assisted in making our special day run smoothly. We got married on a Friday and had the option to split the cost of the lighting package with the couple getting married on the following day-this was a great alternative that the company offered us! If you are looking to add some extra flare to your event space (especially those brides/grooms getting married in a loft/industrial space!), we would highly recommend looking into MDM Entertainment!

I would not feel confident hiring a vendor who communicates this poorly for such an important event.

So at first we walked into his office you see he has won awards. First thought was he is going to cost a lot. I'll tell you this right now, he was cheaper than the dj I hired 14 years ago. He gives you a timeline and explains everything into great detail. This guy has done thousands of weddings. You see it at the presentation and you can tell when he is doing it at the wedding. So onto the wedding, I don't want to bore you will all the planning details but trust me, it was easy. You'll have no problem with that. He explains everything to you and when he's doing it. Right before dinner we played a game called quest. He usually does it later but people had already been drinking and our ceremony was done sooner due to the weather. Right off the bat, he got people involved and I've never seen so many people cheer there person on. This game was outstanding because now people loved the reception right off the bat and could not wait until what the rest of the night would bring. I just cannot explain what he did for our wedding in words. He gets everyone involved. Dance floor was rocking the entire time. Hell even I attempted to dance and sing. Obviously not good at it. He's got games, there is a timeline that you get and he follows it to a t. If you don't know what song to use at a certain time, he can help you with that. My mom and mother in law have said this was the best dj they have ever seen. I agree. If you think there is better out there, you are wrong. Use him and use him now. P.S. If you use Versace on the floor for the garter toss, he got that idea from us. He said he was going to put it down on his list.
